Yes, it came with a large bag. But only 1. And mine was not big enough to hold all the sets of dice.

Does all of the cubes fits Inside the case?

Yes they do. The bag that arrived with mine was large enough to hold all 25 sets as well as a few extra sets/oversized dice I had lying around!
