Work great easy to install. Took care of the engine light and shifting problem

These are excellent, and super easy to install, better than paying a transmission shop to do a hour job. It does come with a one extra so make sure you get it in correctly. The tool is easy to use too. I would recommend using fluid when installing them into the plunger. It goes more smoothly. And make sure you use the tool, the boot part to seal the rubber piece in. You can use an eraser on a pencil to make sure it doesn’t move, and I used air to make sure it was sealed as well.

2010 buick enclave would stick in 1st gear at random times. The seals to the shift solinoid wear out and allow trans fluid to slip by and not shift. Got these seals come with install tools. Not bad to install. Take your time. Shifts and drives like new.

The job wasn't extremely difficult. If youre patient and jube up the discs they'll eventually go in. It fixed my issue

The included tools definitely helped, but the included seals did not fit reused old seals they had no damage and replaced the cracked laminated disks with the new ones from the kit. 4 stars because of seal fitment Got the dang 6L80e shifting smooth again 💪

2010 Buick Lacrosse back in business! Wow, and Awesome. I don't usually write reviews, but this worked SO great. It was a huge pain getting to this point (and putting everything back together), but this tool set was great. 2/4 of my disks were shot, and one was about to fail. Hope this lasts, but it definitely fixed my transmission. 8 hours of labor to take apart, and put back together for a $20 part....well $1 part as its the simple little clear plastic disk that fail. But MUCH less than a new transmission!!!

Quality parts and tools made the job very easy. I would give 10 stars if I could.

This repair kit is hard to install, and would be nice if it had a few more round disks to make up for the ones you will destroy while trying to figure out how to use it. But one you figure it out, while still not easy, how do you argue with a successful repair? After all, if it was easy, it wouldn't be a gm product needing the fix. It solved the problem.... now onto the other never ending list of breaking stuff on this car!

The installation kit is great, the quality of the sensor covers feels better than stock, and the rubber seals feel better than stock. I installed these in July of 2024. The vehicle ran great, had perfect pressure to each sensor, and didn't even hiccup until recently. In October of 2025, the 2nd switch failed again. Caused the vehicle to go into limp mode on the highway, so will have to replace these again when I can. That doesn't mean they wont last on different vehicles, more than likely just an issue with the first gen of the Buick Enclave transmissions unfortunately.
