Arrived broken but in a sealed box?

This arrived with the handle in several pieces but in the suppliers sealed box that had a sticker saying - DAMAGED! DO NOT stock. Very annoying and irritating as I now have to go through the returns process in the run up to Christmas with heaving post offices. If it was possible to give no stars I would have done.
