Now I can talk to physical therapists!
This book is exactly what I've been wanting and looking for after getting injured. Now I can explain and understand things when I talk to orthopedic doctors, physical therapists, and physical trainers. Sorry of think they should teach this in high school as a basic welcome-to-your-body class.

This is anatomy made clear in a systematic and multi-faceted approach. It has all the information a personal trainer needs to know; what the muscle is, how you work it; how you stretch it and even a workbook section where you can test your own knowledge as well! It was so helpful in my own certification process, and I use it all the time when designing programs or teaching courses where anatomy is involved. T. McGillis, BASc., OHP/NCP canfitpro PRO TRAINER

This is one of the simplest way to look at anatomy. Very practical and easy to follow

Bought the Kindle edition and the diagrams are poor quality and difficult to see clearly. The photographs of the stretches are as small as a postage stamp. I can only imagine the paper copy of the book is better. Dissapointed.

Ace, excellent as a reference and to get me started as I set out on what I hope will be a new career even at this later stage of life.
