Fantastic flavor!
Very unique flavor almost reminds me of Texas Roadhouse's seasoning, very easy to char a burger with as well and give it that extra oomph of flavor kick. Overall great product, it is a little salty but the overall taste is worth it!

SOOO GOOD!
I'm glad that this is back in stock @ Todd Wilbur's store as well as Amazon. My opinion and my guest, this is the best steak, hamburger, and beef rub money can buy.

Tastes amazing
I like supporting Todd because he’s on this wacky recipe cloning journey. Never forget watching his BigMac sauce video and finding out he’s the real deal. This steak seasoning is on par with those results. Todd is the man!

Just ok
It’s just ok. Tastes, nothing like outback seasoning, like it was advertised.

Great on steaks
This is a great addition to my spice cabinet. I do prefer Top Secret's Chicken Rub (and the chicken rub tastes great on steaks), but my husband likes the steak rub better.

This steak rub
I ordered this steak rub and received the chicken rub and I used it and liked it, so I went ahead and placed another order for the rub and had the steak rub. I also bought the fish seasoning as well. The rubs have a strong flavor to it and you do not need a whole lot to give your fish/chicken/meat flavor. If you are cooking thicker steaks like filet mignon you may use about a tablespoon for each side, rub in, and if you want a bit of a stronger flavor, you can add a few drops of lime. It tastes very similar to the rubs used at some of the mainstream steakhouses through the U.S. like Longhorn and Outback. I suggest using it on filet mignon with a few drops of lime, and if you are cooking the steaks indoors, use some butter on the pan. For something extra, caramelize some onions on a bit of butter, seasoned with a bit of salt and pepper and perhaps white cooking wine and add it as a topping or on the side of your steak and you will not be disappointed.

To my dismay 1 Star; was really voting on Todd. :(
I read the other 1 star reviews; I also bought Todd's books. I purchased this b/c of the 88% positive feedback; MISTAKE !! When I read the reviews on how this was nothing but salt and I thought (oh.. maybe they didn't shake it before using) or they got a bad batch. ALSO Wrong! Using Todd's methods I dissected the ingredients. And Yes this is truly about 80-90% salt ! Which by the way; IS a Preservative despite the claims on the bottle and despite any debate on what a preservative is. For example if you were to add rice to the bottle instead of the salt you would see how much you really get. This taste nothing like Outback among others claims; and consists of ingredients I can make 4x as much from the grocery store if I bought them alone. I had to wash my steak after cooking it and use it for stew. IMO if he were to sell this product without salt and asked the customer to add their own; it would most likely cost more but would also make the customer more product and appeal to a broader group.
