The flakes are perfectly sized, they are fruity and just right in the flavor with a hint of spice (some brands are too powdery and some really oily... naturally that is) this is a perfect option. I use this to make bulk chili crisp so I wish it was cheaper but you get what you pay for and this is worth it! Review: Better than other red peppers I've had - Love this Spice. More mild than other red papers but adds a rich, deep flavor with a bit of heat to my dishes. I'm a fan. ## Features - Distinctive Flavor Profile: Spiceology Aleppo Pepper Flake is a slightly oily and fruity ground chile pepper that adds unique taste to your dishes - Versatile Finishing Spice: Use Aleppo Pepper to finish hummus or to sprinkle on dishes to give them texture and a fruity chile flavor - Multiple Culinary Applications: Add ground Aleppo to spice seasonings, rubs and marinades for beef, chicken, pork, fish and seafood - Commercial Size Container: Bulk container for chefs and home cooks with 14 oz of premium Aleppo pepper flakes - Freshness Guaranteed: Packed fresh in the USA with a manufactured-on date for quality assurance and optimal flavor - Moderate Heat Level: Moderately hot chile that provides complex flavor without being overpowering, suitable for both savory and sweet dishes ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B00V57U638 | | Allergen Information | Allergen-Free | | Best Sellers Rank | #57,888 in Grocery & Gourmet Food ( See Top 100 in Grocery & Gourmet Food ) #30 in Chili Powder | | Brand | Spiceology | | Brand Name | Spiceology | | Coin Variety 1 | Chicken | | Container Type | Bottle | | Cuisine | North American | | Customer Reviews | 4.9 out of 5 stars 132 Reviews | | Diet Type | Paleo, Vegan, Vegetarian | | Flavor | Natural Aleppo Spicy Chile Grilling Spice Rub | | Item Form | Flake | | Item Highlight | Dried Ground Aleppo Pepper, Chiles, Bulk Spices and Seasonings | | Item Package Weight | 0.48 kg | | Item Type Name | Spice, Chile, Chili Flake | | Item Weight | 14 ounces | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Pieces | 300 | | Produce Sold As Format | Pre-packaged | | Size | 14 Ounce (Pack of 1) | | Specialty | 100 Natural, No MSG, No Preservative | | UPC | 814076020011 | | Unit Count | 14 Ounce | | Variety | Chicken | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Spiceology - **Item Form:** Flake - **Specialty:** 100 Natural, No MSG, No Preservative - **Unit Count:** 14 Ounce - **Variety:** Chicken ## Images ![Spiceology Aleppo Pepper Flakes, 14 oz - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71neMIVOX4L.jpg) ![Spiceology Aleppo Pepper Flakes, 14 oz - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71MBoMTAsKL.jpg) ![Spiceology Aleppo Pepper Flakes, 14 oz - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51Rpe9JiZFL.jpg) ![Spiceology Aleppo Pepper Flakes, 14 oz - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61VWmMIcQ7L.jpg) ![Spiceology Aleppo Pepper Flakes, 14 oz - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71bq7qQwpXL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Aleppo! *by J***A on May 9, 2026* This is in my top brand and taste for aleppo. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Better than other red peppers I've had *by R***S on November 6, 2025* Love this Spice. More mild than other red papers but adds a rich, deep flavor with a bit of heat to my dishes. I'm a fan. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Delicious kick without the fire *by R***A on February 7, 2021* All the flavor of red pepper without the intensity of the heat. I have a high tolerance for spicey food, but the older I get the more I pay for it later. Aleppo has a nice, clean flavor with heat minus the punch of a mix packed with seeds like regular red chili flakes. Delicious. ## Frequently Bought Together - Spiceology - Aleppo Pepper Flakes - Dried Ground Aleppo Pepper - Chiles - Bulk Spices - Spices and Sesonings - 14 oz - Spiceology - Urfa Biber Chile - Dried Turkish Urfa Pepper - 16 ounces - Spiceology - Ground Ancho Chile - Ancho Chili Pepper Powder - 16 ounces --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.is/products/28768243-spiceology-aleppo-pepper-flakes-14-oz](https://www.desertcart.is/products/28768243-spiceology-aleppo-pepper-flakes-14-oz) --- *Product available on Desertcart Iceland* *Store origin: IS* *Last updated: 2026-10-04*
