These are great spoons for babies just starting out with solids. I choose these over other options because they are kitchen grade silicone have the dual ends. When we first started baby food with my daughter I used the textured end to make sure she was getting small amounts easily. This design worked out great because the spoon end is deeper and could unintentionally give the baby too much food at once. Baby also likes to teethe on these, has a good gripping handle. I like all the color set options, we went with a muted set. Now that baby is older, I use the scoop end. I bought these for my 14 month old and they are perfectly sized. these are small, soft and flexible for early eaters. They are easy on the gums and hold just the right amount of food. The spoon is cupped so the food stays on the spoon. the other end is bumpy so that the baby can attempt to get some food to its own mouth without spilling a whole spoonful of food. Good practice.
