Yay! It doesn't melt! And a bonus!
I finally ordered this for some lemon bars because I didn't want the regular powdered sugar to disappear before they were served. It worked! And the bonus? The taste! It's lovely and has a pleasant, faint vanilla scent. It's just like the powdered sugar on your favorite lemon filled doughnuts!

Great Quality, Different Flavor
Wife needed this for her Lemon Bars, Cakes, et cetera. It lasts just as it says, the only difference is it does have a more coconut more generic candy flavor - yet once you add it to your dessert the flavor will get masked.

Did not melt into the lemon bar like regular powdered sugar. Even days later.

Doesn't melt on hot cookies or donuts
Product does not melt on hot butter ball cookies or donuts, but has just an odd texture and taste compared to regular powdered sugar. Prefer the taste of real powdered sugar.
