It has a few different settings for flashing.

Is it possible to get a replacement lens (the orange piece)?

Try and contact the manufacturer for a replacement orange lens or from where you bought the light.

What is the current consumption at 12V?

There is nothing on unit to indicate the current draw, and I no longer have the box. I had no reason to measure it, but based on the apparent brightness, I would guess it to be 2 to 3 amps.
