The dispenser works very well. I have no problems removing pulling the towels out. I read that some people did, but I wonder if it’s the quality of the paper towels that’s the difference. Mine works great and has been used for over 100 towels. Multiple people have used it, including strong men who tend to pull it very hard.

Worst design ever!!! Paper tears and rips every time you try to pull one out. We've got shreds of paper towels all over the floor underneath this junk dispenser!!!!!! Highly do not recommend

This was so simple to mount on drywall and refill. The size is the usual and easy to clean and maintain. Got 2 for church bathrooms.
