I was worried these insoles might be bulky in my 10 year old daughter's shoes. They are super thin, hardly noticeable and hopefully are doing their job with her flat foot problem. At least her arches are supported and her feet are not turning inside as they used to. She wore them straight through the day since we received them. She didn't need a "breaking in" period, which was great. No pain whatsoever ! I do recommend that you get just half a size larger shoes if you are to buy a new pair, but these will fit into any of your shoes as long as they are comfy and not too tight in the first place. Just make sure you order the right size of insoles. Great product !

薄く固くペカペカの中敷きですが、形状が足のために考えられており、偏平足ですが疲れなくなりました。 クッション材ではないので、吸湿性は無く、汗のかきかたが半端なし。途中で靴下を替えれば快適です。

Io ho il piede cavo e questo mi procura una deformazione di aderenza al terreno con ricadute nella camminata. Dopo aver letto le recensioni le ho comprate e devo dire che ho risolto il mio problema, non prendo più storte, posso camminare come se facessi una sfilata, anche con il tacco svolgono il loro lavoro di aderenza. Sono semirigide non antishock quindi sono perfette per dare sostegno almeno 5 ore di seguito nella giornata,non sono defaticanti quindi poi bisogna toglierle per indossare le pantofole da casa. Io calzo il 39 e ho comprato la taglia 37 e mezzo.
