I bought this shower a year ago after considerable research and because of the nice design, good reviews and reasonable price. It has far surpassed my expectations and I highly recommend it! I had it professionally installed in an outdoor shower enclosure, and my plumber was impressed with the solid construction and easy installation. It was a big upgrade from the ugly pipes we had previously installed. This would have all been enough for a glowing review but there is more!! Last fall, we drained the pipes to winterize the shower, but did not do it correctly. When we connected the water this spring we had cracks, completely due to our inexperience, not the product. I contacted the company through Amazon and I quickly got a response. Charlotte, their very thorough representative, verified the parts I needed, checked that they were available and shipped them quickly and at a very reasonable charge. I honestly didn't expect this kind of service and was delighted. I order quite a bit on Amazon and generally you 'get what you pay for' and don't expect much. This shower and the customer service were unexpected and exceptional. You can order with confidence. FYI, I am not a paid reviewer, just a very happy customer.

Great fixture, easy to install, and well-priced. Water pressure is great and it looks super nice as an outdoor shower. Excellent customer service when we had minor issues. They were quick to respond and resolve.

The shower all in all is very nice. We had a couple issues with the installation, but the issues were minor. However, still annoying lol. It is all great quality, although I will say that the handheld holder is VERY problematic. It is extremely hard to take the handheld out and to put it back in, and requires a lot of force. I'm hopeful that it breaks in and gets easier over time. I personally am not strong enough to put it back in the holder, but my husband is. The metal is coated in a black paint (if you got matte black), and while the paint isn't easily chipped, we did scrape some off around the part that screws into the actual plumbing with the wrench. So do be mindful of that. The shower set also may not be tall enough for you unless you're under 5.5' tall. It does extend, but in my experience, not enough. We had to buy the extension rod, although the seller was super awesome about this and offered to refund us the cost of the extension rod! We declined, as it was our error to begin with by not paying more attention to the measurements. Everything is water tight, sturdy, and works amazingly! It looks VERY nice as well! Worth the money, in my opinion.

Built really well, and company is very responsive. I've had this now for six years and I use it as an outdoor shower in a salt-air environment. The stainless steel holds up well against the elements. I remove it every winter to protect from freezing. The only service it has required is replacing the aerator on the tub spout and the ceramic valves. In every instance, the company has been very responsive to my request for parts. I highly recommend this product.
