This coffee cup really keeps the heat in! It kept my coffee so hot, I actually had to leave the lid off and stir it after 20 minutes of sitting because it was still too hot to sip. My old cup would let it cool down after only a few minutes! I was really surprised, the cup doesn't feel super thick or heavy, but it somehow manages to keep coffee hotter than my old thick, bulky one. The lid is not super thick either. While the inside is piping hot, the outside remains cool to the touch. I love the design, I got the one that looks like wood. It has a smooth, matte finish and doesn't seem cheaply printed or stuck on, I think the design will last the life of the cup. I hand wash my cups so they last longer. Hopefully I never lose this one, it's my favorite!

Ich war auf der Suche nach einem „mittelalterlichen“ Thermosbecher. Ich bin schwer begeistert. Mit Deckel hält er kühle Getränke länger kalt und warme Getränke länger heiß, hält lästige Insekten dem Getränk fern und die Menge des Inhalts lässt sich gut erkennen. Das Fassungsvermögen ist auch bei längeren Autofahrten ausreichend. Tolles Produkt!

Keep it cold ice doesn’t melt

Mug looks good and keeps liquid hot for a long time. The only negative review I have is the lid of this mug. The open/close sliding piece on the lid is done poorly. It was very nice of them to exchange it once for me as I thought there was a defect with my first mug but unfortunately it is the same with my second one. I don’t put the lid in the dishwasher. The black open/close sliding piece does not stay up (open), it slides half way down whenever I drink so in other words after each sip I take I have to push it back up.
