XXL Shredded Memory Foam Body Pillow

I have stage 4 osteoarthritis from my neck to my sacrum as well as other spinal problems and have tried a number of different kinds of body pillows to make sleeping on my side (my preferred position) more comfortable. The ones that I’ve used in the past have had some kind of fiber filling that got lumpy over time and needed a lot of plumping up in order to work well with my particular situation. I got Covid ten months ago in June and have been dealing with long Covid since then. One of my symptoms is sweating rather profusely. The fiber filled body pillow absorbed the sweat easily, and when I washed it the filling clumped together almost like it was glued together and was next to impossible to pull apart into some semblance of a pillow shape. So I decided to get a different kind of body pillow. This pillow is definitely heavier than my other pillows and took a bit of getting used to. It also has a foam pillow smell that goes away in about a week which is about the same amount of time that it takes for the pillow to completely fill out to its full shape after being compressed as small as possible in order to be shipped. I chose to use the pillow right away. If you don’t care for the smell and/or want to wait until the pillow reaches its full size buy it before you want or need to use it. With that said I can’t say enough good things about this wonderful pillow. First of all it comes with a bamboo pillowcase that wicks moisture and is so soft next to the skin. This is perfect for my situation. Regular body pillowcases are just a tad too small for this pillow. I would like to know where I can purchase more pillowcases. With the firmness of the pillow my spine is fully supported at all times no matter how I may move in my sleep. This means that I wake up with so much less pain and stiffness than I ever have before. And the quality of my sleep has vastly improved because I’m not having to wake up several times a night in order to rearrange the pillow or plump it up again so that I can be comfortable. During the day when I’m reading or using my computer my pillow works as a great leg rest which also helps with my spine. I’ve had the pillow for about a month now and can say that it has been one of the best purchases I’ve ever made in terms of positively affecting my sleep and my health. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

I love this body pillow. I had a spinal fusion and have had a lot of low back, hip and SI joint pain ever since. This is way better quality than your typical body pillow as the foam stays put. It does split into “above where the knee rests, below the knee” sections. As others have mentioned it comes flat and does smell a bit when it comes but if you unroll it, beat on it a bit and let it air out for a day or two it fluffs up and the odor dissipates. Be sure to check the box for the pillow case as I nearly threw that out. I wanted to use mine quickly so I put it on the dryer with a few dryer sheets and then sprayed some linen spray on the pillowcase. Truly thrilled with this purchase and would definitely buy again. It has helped reduce my pain and helped me sleep better.

One reason I purchased this one was because the description mentioned something about cooling and I’m a hot sleeper. The pillow is comfy and maintains shape but also retains heat. Kinda toasty.

I’m obsessed with this pillow. It’s so comfortable and it feel extremely cooling. I’m be been using this for about a week now and my sleep schedule is so much better! Its so soft and so far it’s molding perfect to my body without going flat. I had to let it “air out” for a few hours so the pillow could get to it’s size. It also came with a white pillowcase.

I got this because I have bad knees due to past surgeries, it's super comfortable, feels slightly weighted, offers plenty of support. All around good pillow.

It kinda smells at first but after you get it fluffed and aired out it is literally the best body pillow I’ve ever had. I wish I bought this years ago.

It's a soft pillow, but I got 2 other regular size bed pillows.(a different label) made out of the same materials and they are wonderful. This body pillow I've had it out to expand and have been moving and shaking it like the instructions say for 4 days now and it's still a bit lumpy. I think it lacks some filling, it tends to separate where you lay an arm or leg or trying to move it. If it had more in filling it would be a pretty decent pillow.

This took a while to get the smell out but I decided to sleep with it anyway. It has very much helped me fall asleep and keep my hips from waking me up every few hours.

Had to go through a few body pillows before getting this one. I found that most pillows that have a synthetic fibre filling, even if they call themselves "extra stuffed" or some such terminology, tend to go flat pretty fast and lack density. This pillow is great because it is dense, almost weighted in its feeling, and retains it fullness feeling. Note: even after unpacking it and letting it sit for a while, it didn't fully expand for a few days. It probably took about 2 weeks for it to fully poof out and loosen up.

Body pillow is excellent. Exactly what I have been looking for. Helps the knees and help me sleep better.

I bought this to use as a seat on my couch which is very uncomfortable and this was cheaper than buying a new couch! It's great - the dimensions are accurate; however, it's not worth the full price. I paid 50% less by buying a used one. I received it very clean, I think it was a quick return item. It works perfectly for what I needed it for - to be used vertically as a seat/backrest. It's not incredibly firm and bends very easily, which works for my purposes but perhaps not everyone else's.

So comfortable! Squishy and huggable, but firm enough to offer support. Worth every penny. Even bought a second one to leave at my sister's where I often spend a few nights at a time.
