Replacement ink cartridge came with instructions and so easy to fitMy printer reset itself as it recognised it was a genuine cartridge and worked straight awayI understand there can be issues with none genuine inks not working so although cheaper I didn’t risk it so I’m happy with the Epsom ink and all is good

After installing this ink cartridge printer printed the test page sucessfully but after the test page I could not print anyting else since it keeps saying low ink. The printer gives low ink error although brand new ink cartridge is installed. When I called the Epson customer service they said ink cartridge might be "counterfeit product" however the seller is Epson itself here. This is not a reliable proper company, do not buy their products they are just swindling people to buy more cartridge although there is enough ink in the cartridge.
