This is the best brand of capsicum plaster I have used, but also the most expensive.

It’s stiffness relief for neck and back

It works. It does it’s job.

I’ve tried soooo many capsaicin patches and none of them had any real heat to them. These bad boys def bring the heat, but I’d say if you don’t use heat heat on a regular basis you might think they are way to hot.
