On the average 1 teaspoon per gallon. The 2 oz bottle will make 12 gallons.

all the leaves on my roses have yellow,brown and black leaves. even some of the steams. the leaves are falling off.

Can this be used on potted plants such as houseplants?

This was recommended in the Beginner Orchid Growers facebook group for use in Orchids which are planted in bark and moss mediums. I have only used it once. The product is VERY concentrated and I used only a few drops in water for my 10 orchids. It is systemic and used for pests, mold, root rot, etc. Lots of warnings on label.

Can this be used on a mango tree?

I think you need a bigger bottle for a mango tree. Recommend you speak with your local agriculture dept. And perhaps an agriculture products store.
