The probe is about 2 inches long and .5 inches wide.

Will this work In a plant terrarium with water misters?

I used this for my egg incubator, which required adding moisture a.k.a. humidity. The probe is a sealed piece, so as long as the meter portion isn't inside, you should be fine.

Showed the humidity in my incubator

Can't turn off to save battery when not in use. Worked well for our incubator, but we did have an extra thermometer because this one disagreed with the incubator's thermometer. The hygrometer part was fantastic.
