When I was a kid, I used to pop Niacin to help flush my system and pass drug tests after smoking a bunch of weed. Now, I just use it to flush out my system every once and a while and get the warm fuzzy feeling of my veins dilating to the maximum. Yeah totally works! Even checked my blood work yet but definitely need to after taking these the past year. At first didn’t get used to the flush. The hot prickly sensation that using starts on my head and faces. I kinda like. Hits me different when I mixed other vitamins. Probably better to take it by itself after I eat something then later take my other vitamins and just space then out. But definitely worth it and will buy again

I need to wait until my next blood test to see if this really helps my cholesterol. The first few doses I definitely flushed. Like Red Hulk flushing! But with lots of water and time my body adjusted. Now I don’t flush at all.

Love this supplement. Be warned, it does cause a flush. I find it feels good but my husband hates it. After the flush i always feel very energized. The flush causes a red rash all over the body for approximately 30 min to an hour. Lots of tingling and even raised bumps. It looks like an allergic reaction but its not. It's perfectly fine. It will pass fairly quickly and it's actually really good for your body.

50mg use to get my face flushed when I was working out. A couple years later I'm trying the 100mg and it's not having the same effect. It's no the product but probably my body is getting use to it or changing. I may not have enough of whatever it was that is needed in the skin that causes that helps niacin produce the flush. I forget what it was called. But Nutricost seems to be a brand I can trust.

The product worked flawlessly, but be prepared for the flushing. If you ever made fun of your wife for having a hot flash, be prepared to understand her pain. Do not take this on an empty stomach, I did and I thought I was going to start on fire. I’m not sure if taking it with food makes it flush you less. But I’m not going to try it again.
