Is this for one or two tire application?

This is for a single insert for one tire.

I have 27 inch wheels and 26 inch tubes What size should i get.

27-inch and 700C tires are close enough in size that the inner tubes are compatible; i.e. you can use a 27-inch inner tube in a 700C tire, and vice-versa. However, you can NOT use a 27-inch tire on a 700C wheel, and vice-versa. So if they have a 26 inch Armour Tannus I'd go with that or a 700c.

i have fat tires / tube size 26 x 4.0. will these fit or will i need to use a smaller tube size

This size can be found on the seller's site or a local bike shop. They are not sold through Amazon.

My mtn bike tires are 27.5 x 2.10 what size is recommended
