I use this all the time, and love it. Much better than garlic powder. The texture is perfectly crispy - no chew whatsoever. Flavor is like roasted garlic - not overpowering. You WILL end up with garlic breath, though... I use it liberally in ramen, and sprinkle it on a schmeared bagel. Let's fact it - a garlic bagel is covered with soggy garlic that ends up sticking to your fingers. This is nice and crispy every bite. It is expensive, but it is worth it.

This tastes like genuine "crispy fried garlic". No saltiness at all. The price is quite expensive considering the value but because this is straight up garlic it could only consumed a little by little. Also the expire date is quite generous so I think the company has fresh stock.

It tastes good and like garlic. It's crispy but, tastes like when you over cook garlic and has a slight burnt taste. I am baking with it to see if it mellows the flavor. It is worth the purchase and see if your palette likes it. I also mixed the garlic seasoning with shredded cheese and truffle powder. Shake the bag well. Delicious!
