Worked great! Very glad we had them for a recent hurricane
We purchased these to protect from excessive blowing rain enter under our garage doors. They worked extremely well! During a normal rain storm we have water come in under the garage doors due to the winds. Purchased these to hopefully minimize rain from being blown under the garage doors. We were very impressed with them. Very, very little rain seeped in. In fact, only had to use a paper towel to wife it up. The only thing Iโd recommend, depending the length of your water tube, is if driveway slopes a little away from the garage door youโll need to place something in front of the tub so it doesnโt roll away. I only used one driveway paver for each 8ft section and each stay in place during the hurricane. They were easy to empty, dry out and store for future use

Fantastic Product
I bought 2 of the 12ft barriers. 1 for my double doors off of my pool deck. My deck pitches too much towards my house and I always worried about water entering my home. The other I ended up using for my side garage door. I just folded it over on itself to create more of a 6ft barrier and it once again worked like a charm. I have used sandbags for years. They are a pain to fill, a pain to load and unload and a mess once they have been through a storm. These are quick and easy to fill and to empty. Highly recommend!

Watershed bags
These watershed deversion bags work great! I was able to get my irrigation to go where I wanted it to go. My only complaint is having to empty and refill every irrigation, but still like it much better than regular sandbags and also better than wasting so much water.

Great idea
This product is a great idea. I saw one of my neighbors that had it and I thought wow I need one of those. Better than sandbags for sure. Easy to fill an empty. I kept mine up all winter during the rainy season and the plastic is thick so I didnโt have any leaks. When youโre done, you can just empty it fold it up and put it away for the next rainy weather. This is a genius idea. . When youโre done, you can just empty it fold it up and put it away for the next rainy weather. This is an genius idea.

worked through 2 hurricanes so far
We have used these during multiple hurricanes. Sooooo much better than dealing with sand bags and storage. We have 6 ft and 12 feet sections. Fill location you want them, hard to move once filled. overlap if needed at seams. We have 6 inch high and 10/12 inch? Use both depending on location. We love they are reusable (easy to fill....buy the hose attachment. It is a great time saver. We have purchased the kind that get wet and expand. Those were worthless. I can not say enough good things about the Hydrabarrier. Use at my house and office in Coastal South Carolina.

constant leaks, can't be counted on
I live in a hurricane state and got this to add to my preparedness supplies, to have on-hand for the next storm. First hurricane came about a year later and hit overnight. I filled it and all looked good but when I woke it was flat. I found the leak and used the included patch on it. Storm had passed so it was put back in storage. Next hurricane I got it out and while I was filling it I found a second hole. I again used the patch kit they provided but watched in horror as it deflated during the hurricane....at which point all you can do is watch and worry about water coming in your sliders as it's too late to do anything else. This week I faced my third hurricane and just like before, as I was filling it, water was shooting out of another pinhole leak. Plus the patches from the previous hurricane season were coming off. By the time you realize you can't use this, it's too late to do anything as the storm is approaching. I had a can of Flex Seal in the garage and tried that but it didn't work at all. I grabbed some roll plastic and used this as dead weight to hold the plastic in front of my door. I tried rolling it so that the leak was "up" and that meant it only deflated about half the height it should have been. Three times I've tried to use this and each and every time it sprung a leak. It's about as thick and sturdy as a inflatable pool raft. Oh....and the screw on cap broke once so I had to order more caps one year as well. WARRANTY....BEWARE....This thing only has a 30 DAY warranty. So if you buy this to be prepared for a storm that might come sometime down the road you're warranty is over before you ever use it. What annoys me more than the waste of money buying this and the aggravation of trying to repair it is that it gives you a false peace of mind...you think you're prepared and protected by having this and by the time you figure out it's not going to work there's a hurricane coming at you and it's too late to do anything. Complete waste of money, not at all durable, patch kit a joke.

Easy to Use, Seems to Provide a Good Seal.
Happily, I cannot give the product five stars because the flood I was planning to prevent in my basement never happened, so I don't know how secure the seal would have been! A hurricane was due here at my coastal home in two days, with warnings of a three-foot storm surge that could have sent water into my walk-out basement. The bay behind my house is brackish, so none of the so-called water activated dams would have worked. Also, of all the water-filled products, this is the only one that promised to be at my home before the storm hit. I bought three to stack in front of the walk-out door. They filled very easily with a garden hose (one quibble: the nozzle thread on the Hydrabarrier is identical to the one at the hose bib end, so it's impossible to screw the hose securely onto the product. I had to jam the end of the hose into the barrier itself. Some kind of adaptor would be helpful). The barrier sure looked secure; the water-filled tube seemed to fill in the gaps and contours of the doorway. It may not have utterly prevented any water from getting into the basement, but neither do actual sand bags. I've just drained them, a process that took less than a minute or two for each barrier. There does not seem to be a way to get every bit of water out (the nozzle apparently cannot be at the end of the tube, in order to ensure a good seal). But I'm leaving them out in the post-storm sun with the caps off, hoping evaporation will do the job. Pleased with the purchase and hoping never to use it again.

Product is as advertised.
We now have two of these for an alternative to sandbags. Quick to fill up. Drain by siphon into our soak hole grate. You need to have a plan for emptying these if no suitable drain close. A garden hose siphon works for us.
