For an open stoma, this is proving GREAT support against continuous UTI. For certain medical conditions that make UTIs a life sentence, this product offers remarkable relief from pain and discomfort. WELL WORTH the monthly investment. D-Mannose has allowed me to cut back 50% on my prescription pain-killers This is a VERY big deal in the quality of my life. If you need them, GET THEM. The capsules, yes, are large but easy to swallow. Needed for occasional UTIs? Eh, dunno.

I use these almost ritually. Anything can throw off my hormones off now a days. Mannose is the key ingredient to fighting uti bacteria. I’m no doctor, but you should implement these into your routine if you haven’t already!!

Have this on subscription. It’s really helped with UTI control. Downside is the number of pills you need to take. If you don’t do well with swallowing pills, this isn’t for you.

Good quality
My gynecologist recommended I start taking D-Manose in addition to the cranberry caplets I had already been taking. I did some research, and also talked to my pharmacist all all were in agreement that D-Manose is useful in helping to prevent UTIs. Also found that this brand , AZO, was very well reviewed, so I have been taking them, 1 in the morning and one at night, for over a year now and no more UTIs to date. Of course, ask your doctor, but do check into this if you have been having problems with UTIs.

Tomar mucha agua
No salir de casa ya que hay que ir muchas veces al baño a mi me deshidrato un poco por lo que es un ciclo hay que tomar mucha agua y obviamente estár yendo baño
