I have been taking this for four months. The capsules are easy to swollen with no unpleasant taste. I originally started them due to poor, flaking nails which have improved considerably. I also notice a difference in my skin which is much brighter and feels softer and more supple. Another unexpected benefit is pain in my toe joints, due to wear and tear, which I have suffered from for years disappeared after about 2-3 months!

Have been taking these marine collagen supplements for men and women now for some time. I swallow mine with a glass of cold water every morning. The tablets are easy to swallow and can be dissolved in warm drinks. I couldn’t detect any after taste of the product. I have noticed how my hair skin and nails are looking much improved especially my nails. I have also noted that I have less breakout’s when due my monthly cycle. Will definitely be taking note to see if any more effects and will be buying more definitely.

I have Elhers Danlos Syndrome so make dodgy collagen. Most collagen won't help this but I also lost 2/3 of my hair due to severe ill health and medication side effects. There is 3 types of collagen so you need to determine which you need for your particular situation. I had been using Perfectil OTC for 6 months and Nioxin products for 8 months. I wasn't seeing much improvement after the first 3-4 months then I started taking the MArine Collagen. Within a few months my hair loss slowed down. My nails were breaking and peeling less and growing faster. This is despite being on Dialysis and having all the healthy stuff in me sucked out. My new hair growth is whispy but about 3" long now. My body has been ravaged with a transplant and anti rejection meds that effect your skin hair and nails. I feel the Collagen made a big difference (probably as part of a combination of treatments) but once the PErfectil is finished I will just continue on the MC. I take 2 a day and these also contain Biotin and vits/minerals. They are pretty big but almost tasteless. I will try splitting one open to mix the powder with a yogurt to make ingestion easier. These are also better priced than other suppiments and Perfectil.

This is the best marine collagen that I have tried. Been using it since coming out of hospital due to nails and hair breaking. Have tried others, like gummies, but always come back to this as the only that works! Although not as tasty as a gummy I find them easy enough to swallow and there’s no unpleasant taste ( unless you accidentally bite one - not recommended!) No side effects that I have noticed but definitely stronger nails and hair and skin looks firmer toon Excellent value for money!

Large pills but has no after taste! Easy to use, take 2 after a meal! Would recommend! No smell either

This has become my go to collagen I’ve repurchased this several times The product contains a high percentage of collagen which is great for the cost, the tablets are a little on the bigger side but still very easy to take

Used one pack so far, no noticeable results yet. Just started a second pack, if no noticeable results when that pack finished will give up on them. I feel that will have been a fair trial. On a plus no problem taking them and no unwanted side effects.

I have been taking two for over a month now. I can see a difference in my skin. Wrinkles are reduced. I would recommend and will be buying again. They are easy to swallow.
