Love that it's just on the wall and doesn't take up space so we still have floor room for other types of exercises. It's very sturdy and well made. Tho my husbands comment was "I could have made that with some plywood for less than 100 dollars" But it is beautifully made and it's quick to put together and put up. In terms of content, there are free YouTube classes by Bennie Barre Pilates Studio. They are pretty short, but if you subscribe to her Patreon page, you get 30+ full length classes.
