Amazing
I usually do not write reviews but since I relied heavily on them before jumping into this I figured I should help others with their decision. I started the cleanse on Monday because I’m usually so busy at work I figured it would be a nice distraction from food. It worked! The first day was easy and I visited the bathroom often to pee. Thank God this did not upset my stomach at all and all I did was pee. Not going to lie, I was worried I’d be at work needing to go #2 but not the case whatsoever. The evening was rough not eating so I munched on some carrots and went to bed early. Days 2 and 3 were easy. I noticed feeling mentally and physically better those days as well. The day after completing I felt amazing. Almost buzzing with energy and mental clarity. I definitely noticed a difference in bloat reduction after day 1. I could see it in my waist and my face. I work out in the mornings (45 mins on the elliptical and weights) and my workouts went as normal. I have done plenty of my own juice cleanses in the past using our own juicer but found it hard to switch up the juices to feel satisfied and could only do it on the weekends since I needed to be making my own juices all day. Having juices prepared, ready to go and carry with me in my lunch bag with an ice pack was AMAZING. I just had my morning juice, packed my 9am - 5pm juices, set a reminder on my phone so my Fitbit would buzz me when it was time for a juice and it could not have been easier. The juices also tasted good. The last one of the day is like a dessert. My fiancé joked that it is probably designed to have the yummy one at the end of the day so in the morning that is the last thing you remember. He may be in to something. In the end, I lost 6.9 lbs. I ate fruits and veggies all day on day 4 and probably not as much water as I should’ve as I’m terrible at it and then had a normal dinner. My stomach was a bit upset after straying from fruits and veggies for the first time in days. I weighed in on day 5 and pretty much maintained the loss. My cravings for sweets and salt are gone. I tried this because I’m getting married in June and have a few vacations before then that I would like to enjoy and not stress about my weight. I also would like to lose 15 to 20lbs before my wedding and just for my general health. The rest is up to me. I will watch what I eat, continue to exercise and do this detox after vacations and before my wedding. I feel like I can now treat myself occasionally and do something to get myself back on track easily and quickly. That had been my biggest challenge with my weight loss journey. I want to enjoy myself during vacations or time off with family but I end up feeling terrible after and then have a hard time shaking that feeling and the cravings after. No more with this detox in my arsenal! I can’t wait to crush my goals and still enjoy my downtime every now and again without feeling bad and sluggish after. Thank you, Lemonkind!

Impressed!
A little about me first. I am a 47 year old guy, 6'2 at 260 lbs. I work out about 5-6 days a week, take supplements regularly, but my diet is poor. I don't like vegetables so get my nutrients mostly from vitamins. I've read a lot about detox diets and juicing but just don't have the time to structure a detox day. Then I saw the Super Detox Me 1 Day package on sale on Amazon last week (I browse Amazon deals daily). Looked like it was worth a try. As I said above, I am not a small guy. Most of the reviews I saw on Youtube were by folks significantly smaller. One of my concerns was whether a 260 lb guy could get through the day on this. The other concern was taste. I really DO NOT like vegetables, especially greens and carrots. The package came in two days after I ordered it. This gave me some time to cut out a few things early, as recommended by other reviewers. Cutting out caffeine and alcohol at the same time you go on a juice diet would be rough. So, for the two days prior I cut these out. Alcohol was no issue. Caffeine was a rough cut. I drag at mid day without it. I found a brisk walk on the stairs at work helped. When the package arrived I noticed the side panels laid out the day for me. Time and order of the drinks were listed. The drink packs themselves were packages similar to a common juice pack, but larger. I wrote on the packages their order and the time I intended to drink them. I then put them in the fridge over night. I cut my eating at 9PM the night before and went to bed. I laid out a small cooler to use at work and several ice packs. The first pack is labeled Strength and contains kale and spinach. This would be the test for me. However, it contained apple and ginger as well. I noticed this with all the packets. The one with carrots, Transformation, had mango, ginger, and pineapple. Though there were a few I genuinely liked, there were none that gave me a gag response. Not bad at all. As for hunger, I did have a bit of it mid day. Having a juice packet every 2 hours kept it from being uncomfortable, even at my size. The packets are big too, 12 oz each. I tossed most of them in my cooler to use at work. They stayed cold throughout the day with little effort. Since this is Florida in the summer, I credit the packaging along with plenty of ice packs. The final thing I was concerned about was the night after. I intended to be strict. This meant having my final packet and going to bed. Not eating till the following morning. The last packet, Renewal, had some bonuses. It contained whole grain brown rice and chia seeds. I believe the intent is to ward off hunger for the night. This one was more savory than the rest and was my favorite. I may get extras of this one. All in all, this was not an unpleasant experience. I did drag midday and I had little energy that night but this should be expected on any diet. I noticed considerably less bloating throughout the day. I skipped my workout and did not take any supplements or vitamins. Still, I did not feel a decrease in strength and oddly felt a pretty good pump throughout the day. Not sure what to attribute that to. Some of the reviews recommend doing this every 3 months. I am not against trying it again. This seems to be a good company that delivers a good solid product, great packaging, clear instructions, all at a decent price. For my first detox of any kind, I am very much impressed!

Not my cup of Tea....
Well.... I've found out how much I despise cucumbers. I'll be honest I'm doing the cleanse as I'm typing. I'm on the 1pm drink "Transformation" the only one I haven't tried yet is the very last drink...."Renewal" This is all my personal opinion and experience...But let me give you an honest run-down and backstory. I love sugar. It's an addiction. I need to kickstart a healthy lifestyle and stop relying on sugar. Most of the "bad" reviews complain about the amount of sugar, but because I have a huge sweet tooth I thought it would be perfect because I get my healthy juice cleanse while also getting my usual sugar intake. I was wrong. The first drink "strength" is awful. Not something I want to put in my mouth at 7am. The cucumber makes it taste like pickle juice. I just downed huge gulps of it and forced myself to drink it, but alas I didn't finish it. The 2nd drink "Vibrance" I could get used to. It's not something I would personally gravitate towards but it's a lot better than strength. It tastes like peppermint orange juice. Not bad, I would drink it again. The 3rd drink "Awareness" again tasted like pickle juice because of the cucumber. Yucky. Tried to gulp it down but still couldn't finish it. Now I'm on the "Transformation drink and I couldn't even get a sip in. I shook it for a good 5 minutes and there is still gritty crap in it. It doesn't taste like pickle juice AS BAD but still has the cucumber flavor which I now despise. So here it is, almost 2pm, I have only actually finished 1 drink and I'm starving. I don't think I can finish it and I have orange chicken in the fridge calling my name. I'm not going to the bathroom a lot, in fact TMI but I feel constipated if anything. I don't think that's what's supposed to happen....again all of this is my personal experience, other experiences may vary.... So if anyone has a better suggestion for me to start a healthy lifestyle but slowly ween myself off my addiction to sugar, I'd love to hear it. Oh, and I'm a very picky eater when it comes to texture. I can only "drink" my fruits & veggies because I can't stand the texture of them. Maybe i'm just a lost cause, I dunno. :) ****UPDATE**** so I didn't continue with the juices... I was starving and had to eat. I skipped all the way to the "renewal" juice and it's the most delicious juice. I would purchase just that juice by itself and drink it daily. apple. blueberry, and cinnamon are the main flavor.

Challenging but works!
I wanted to leave a review for this product because it was my first time doing any juice cleanse/detox and in my opinion this definitely worked. While i consistently diet of some type, i had been feeling extremely sluggish and unmotivated lately. Im also going on vacation next week and wanted something to get me feeling less bloated in my bikinis. Day 1 was very easy, i intermittent fast during the week so this didnt feel much different. The taste was pretty good, the only one that i didnt like as much was the night one with cinnamon...it was thicker and just not my fav. The morning of day 2 i felt amazing...very clear headed and overall just happy. Midday i started to crash and by the evening i started questioning if i could keep going. This was all just mental and i convinced myself to keep going, also had horrible headaches from the evening to the next morning. Day 3 morning i still didnt feel great but i took my first juice along with my vitamins. Unfortunately something didn't sit right and i ended up vomitting a bit. Though that sounds terrible, i actuallu felt great afterwards and continued on with the juices. The rest of the day went fine, no hunger and the headaches had gone. The morning after the cleanse i didnt feel hungry at all but restarted eating slowly. I ended up losing 7lbs and gained 1.5 back after eating and drinking normally. I still feel great, less appetite and clearer head. I would recommend the challenge and i would do it again!

Excellent product and here's why I think so!
I do a cleanse a couple of times a year when I get in a stressed out rut and start eating too much junk and skipping meals, which then causes me to eat everything in site in the evening. Though it's a great diet jump start, my focus is getting my eating habits back on a healthy track and eliminating bloating/low energy/insomnia. This is my first time trying this product so here are my thoughts. The packaging is really nice with cool info/graphics so I would happily slap some wrapping paper on and give it as a nice gift. It's even nice enough without the wrapping paper if you don't care about the contents being a surprise. I also like that each day is separately packaged and the box gives me a recommended drinking order so I get a juice about every 2-3 hours from 7am to 9pm. The individual packaging is unique and I like it. This packaging makes it easier to semi-freeze, mix by mushing it up before you open and then drink them more like a slush. With the harder bottles you have to shake it and it's much harder to really mix so I usually end up with frozen chunks that won't come out of the bottle and liquid that never quite froze...not good. Some taste more green than others, but not to the point of being bad, IMHO. They also have an excellent mix of ingredients in each, many with nice lemon/green tea/ginger flavors that I find helps mask the "green" I don't like as much (I love veggies, but I am NOT a kale fan). I've tried a pure fruit juice cleanse before and while that eliminates the "green" taste, I felt like I was in a constant sugar crash so I'd rather have a mix of fruits/vegetables like this offers. I think the balance is healthier and though I admit I'm hungry sometimes, there's absolutely no sugar crash for me with this product and I feel pretty good. I've tried some products that had some flavors with more texture vs this completely liquid product...that's probably the only area I'd rate this a little lower. I'm a little uneasy that they can go without refrigeration (until opened) and they have a surprisingly long expiration for something like this (mine had an expiration about 10 months out), but that's also way more convenient than the products that are shipped frozen and must be used in 2-3 weeks. With these I can have them "in stock" for a spur of the moment cleanse or even just a quick meal replacement when on the run, which I can't do with other products. Overall I highly recommend this. You can do it cheaper yourself (I have tried that too), but it's a lot more work and I find it hard to get the variety of ingredients included here (check out the pictures others posted...lots of super cool ingredients). Personally, I also find if I make my own I cheat on the greens I'm not as fond of, which kind of defeats the purpose of a real cleanse! :)

Product made me sick--vomited all night
The juices tasted fine. The Mango Peppermint Green Tea was a surprising fave. I also liked the 9pm one--right before bed. I took as instructed per the directions. I even had 1/2 cup of coffee in the morning so I would not have a caffeine withdrawal headache. (lemonkind website suggests this) However, when it was time for me to go to bed that first night I got VERY sick to my stomach and I vomited 3 times. I felt miserable. Needless to say, my body was telling me to stop the cleanse, get some additional hydration and protein, and to stop what I am currently doing. I wish this was a returnable or refundable item, as it is apparently not suited for every body. My body rejected it--violently. I actually truly wanted to DO this cleanse, so I ate very healthy for the next two days, felt much better, and was going to do Day 2 of the cleanse (3 days later) since I already had the juices (had frozen them previously). Nope. I got thru juice #2 (Awareness), just the 9am juice and my stomach was in knots and I was in the bathroom nauseated. Not wanting a repeat of a couple days earlier, I am listening to my body and understanding that this particular product is not for me. Violent vomiting is never a healthy or positive sign. Again, I wish a refund could be provided, even for the unused portion or something. Now I know. For me, this was a waste of my money and I am disappointed. The marketing is very appealing.

My First Successful Juice Detox! - UPDATE... I'm hooked on this product!
I just completed my 3 day cleanse with Super Detox Me 3-Day Body ReStart juice kit and I am absolutely thrilled! This is the first time EVER that I've managed to stay on a cleanse of any type and I wasn't hungry, didn't have cravings and didn't go around grouchy and with a headache! I couldn't wait till it was time to have the next juice package! I dropped about 5 lbs., which is nice and I feel great! Now that I'm off the juice kit, I'm motivated to stay on track with my diet! I've already ordered my next kit! I've decided I'm going to try and do this once a month to keep motivated and to shake up the routine a bit while I continue my diet plan! This is great for a change of pace and to reset yourself to healthier eating! The Renewal juice is my favorite and I've ordered an extra kit of just those so I can continue having that as my before bedtime drink to get me through the night and so I won't wake up hungry. I admit this was a little expensive but, as they say, you get what you pay for and it's just so convenient to be able to take those packages anywhere and not have to worry about it! Looking forward to my next order arriving! UPDATE! I feel so great while doing this detox juice 3 day program that I've ordered it over and over again! I get the best sleep of my life starting day 2 and 3 and feel just amazing the whole time! I'm afraid I've become a bit of a "juice junkie!" Really wish I could buy it locally but for now Amazon will suffice just fine!

So good someone stole my juice! :)
I am not a "picky" eater by any means, but I'm a bit more particular about beverages or other liquids. Perhaps because about 20 years ago I was stuck on a liquid only diet for about 2 months and I just got really tired of various juices and protein shakes. I got my package - loved the packaging, even though I realize I'm paying a bit for it - but I'd say it's worth it. I got the stickers out and carefully labeled my juices and stuck them in a drawer of a spare fridge. I put the first one in a cooler bag with an ice pack and took it upstairs with me so I would have it first thing in the morning. (I did this partly because I am lazy in the mornings and partly to remind me "today is the day!"). I had my first juice, super cold, no issues right around the recommended 7am. By 9am, still okay (though I did sneak in a black coffee) and had the second one. I kept waiting for "yuck" to kick in and it didn't happen - not even with "wheatgrass" at 11 AM. My problem came when, at 1PM, I went in search of juice #4 and it was missing! Apparently one of my kids either snuck it in the night (my "kids" are 17-24 years old) or one of the 17 year olds may have packed it in a school lunch. In any case, no 1PM juice for me! :( I just chose that time to have some steamed veggies as was one of the suggestions for getting rid of any hunger. I was pleasantly surprised that all of these tasted okay. My only problem with them is having apple juice as #1 ingredient. I suppose that helps the taste, but doesn't make me feel like I am having anything especially healthy. I am not a giant juice cleanse fan - just wanted to sort of reset my system a bit before a long flight and a girls cruise. I am not sure I'll order it again SOON - because I just don't do such things very often. However, I may order this next time I am ordered to be on a fully liquid diet for any period of time (as happens for 24 hours at least once per year or so... I'm that old). I will, however, definitely check out other products by this company.
