⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Quality Custom Puzzle – Challenging but Worth Every Minute!This was my first time ordering a custom puzzle, and I am extremely impressed with the quality. The image printed beautifully, the pieces fit together perfectly, and the finished puzzle looks like a piece of artwork.I chose a black-and-white photo of my dog, which made this puzzle very challenging. With only three main colors (white, gray, and a lot of black), it took me many hours to complete. However, what really helped was that the back of the puzzle pieces were divided into sections labeled A through H. This essentially turned the 1,000-piece puzzle into 8 smaller groups, making the process much more manageable without taking away the fun and challenge.Another pleasant surprise was the quality of the pieces. They feel much sturdier than typical cardboard puzzles and seem more like compressed wood, which gave the puzzle a premium feel.Even though it was difficult, I enjoyed every minute of it. The quality exceeded my expectations, and seeing the finished product made all the effort worthwhile.This was my first custom puzzle order, but it definitely won’t be my last. I already plan on ordering more!Highly recommended for anyone looking for a high-quality personalized puzzle.

I’ve bought 2 separate puzzles and both times they have been outstanding! The quality is great, the picture could be a little better..but is over all pretty clear. I totally recommend buying this is you want a nice Custom Puzzle

Our photo puzzle looks great! Very sturdy pieces. Wish I had cropped photo differently so there wasn't such a large region of dark color, but that's my fault. The pieces are well made and easy to handle. The piece shapes are very repetitive, which means your photo needs to have lots of recognizable shapes and color changes or it's going to be VERY hard! I think the manufacturer knows this because the back of the puzzle pieces are printed with letters of the alphabet. If your photo puzzle gets too hard, flip all the pieces over and work the puzzle using the letters. We did that. On a more positive note, the pieces interlock so well I didn't need puzzle glue to frame our worked puzzle.

I loved this puzzle. I got it as a Christmas gift 1000 pieces puzzle. It took me a while to put it together but it turned out really cute and I was surprised with the colors and the quality of the final result. Very pleased.

The image quality, presentation, sturdiness of the pieces, accompanying poster, storage bag, and storage box are all **very** good quality. My one major issue with this product is there is an extreme lack of diversity in the shapes of the pieces. If you have a large portion of your image with little color variation, for example a blue sky, you could easily place the incorrect piece and have it appear to be correctly placed.

PROS: It's very affordable and you can have a favorite photo turned into your very own puzzle, such that it is. The pieces are made of a sort of wood product and they're very sturdy, much sturdier than traditional cardboard pieces.CONS: All the pieces are cut in the same shape: squarish, with two male prongs sticking out north and south and two female cuts east and west, or vice versa. So every area that's one color or pattern (such as my dog's mesh harness, see second photo), the only way you can figure out where to place the pieces is to turn them upside down and match the letters on the back. This is not puzzling, it's a mechanical process that is tedious and boring.The only puzzling aspect of this product is why they would invest in good quality construction only to make the pieces a worthless shape.When I saw this, I thought it was a great idea and used it for three Christmas gifts using photo I know would be valued by the recipients. Then I had one done for myself, and now I'm embarrassed that I gave these as gifts. What a terrible gift this was to give to my loved ones!

GREAT GIFT, it was a bit difficult to put together but I love a challenge. No missing pieces. Great value. The image was very clear. I would buy again, I put a family photo on it but it would be nice if it came with a custom frame!

Got a custom puzzle made up for my sisters Christmas present of her and her fiancé. they loved it and it was printed on good quality board! made her cry so I count that as a win!

The pieces don’t slot together as smoothly as they should.

So this Jigsaw arrived in a presentation box with the picture I chose on the front and a paper version for reference inside. The quality was lovely and pieces were perfectly crafted.I used puzzle glue to glue front and back and mounted it on the wall using special adhesive pads. Would recommend this and a puzzle mat as if you don't do that then you won't be able to frame it.The finished product gave a 3d effect and thus looks very professional

My wife has now got herself an interest in Jigsaw puzzles.I was fed up of seeing bloody jigsaws of landscapes and cottages.Used a family picture to get her a more personal jigsaw.She loves it.
