It said most containers fit into this warmer. However, I bought 2 different wax - Rica and BodyCare and both does not fit in. Now I am forced to buy a third one of the same brand as the warmer since the warmer is not returnable. Not a very good experience. Review: So far so good. I've only used it once so far but it has performed as expected, heating my wax to the perfect temperature and keeping it there for the hour it took me to wax my legs. I recommend buying extra collars to protect the rim of the warmer. I'm a rookie still and I got wax everywhere (counter, warmer, floor, hands). It could have been worse if I hadn't had the complimentary collar it came with. Cirépil wax containers Do Not fit into this unit. Looking for a replacement with salon sundry or too naked brands and have to sell this expensive warmer :/ **Q: Can I pour Honey wax directly into the built in metal container? I've been heating wax directly in warmers but not sure about this model.** A: They sell empty cans, so you can put in the built in metal container, and so you can use another type of wax, like beads. **Q: Can you use any brand of wax, or does it have to be GiGi?** A: Hi Mimi. I've only ever used my warmer with GiGi All Purpose Honee and GiGi Espresso All Purpose Honee. I have never tried any other brand so I don't know if other brands have the same size tins. The 14 oz GiGi tin fits perfectly in this warmer. I buy my GiGi wax at Sally's when they have 2-for-1 deals. Perhaps if you go to a Sally store see if you can find other brands in the same size tin as GiGi's.
