I used it one time and lost one of the wheels it made me wonder why did I pay that much and the cheapest brand in the marked would have survived a second trip

It’s a beautiful bag. The inside is finished nicely, and the attached packing cubes are a nice touch. However, I wanted a heavy-duty bag. I am an airline employee, and the bag would travel as checked luggage very often. I am afraid that the beautiful matte finish will scratch soon. I am not so sure that the shell won’t break either since the corners don’t look reinforced (maybe they are reinforced inside?). The zipper is not a double zipper. It seems solid, but again, with repeated use, I am unsure how durable it will be. The price is reasonable, and the design justifies it completely. However, I would only recommend it if you handle it yourself (car trips, cruises, trains).

If looks are a thing for you then go for it! The wheels are definitely noise free which is amazing. However, it is on a heavier side and you can’t really pack more than 3 days in it. It’s also not extendable. If I had job where I needed a cool looking carry on bag I would buy it. I also don’t think it’s very durable (imo) Heaviness is the reason I returned.

Surely beautifully design carry on but with two major flaws. 1. Definitely not lightweight, the carry-on on itself has about 3,5kg, which is heavy in my opinion. 2. The wide handle does not allow standard bags to be pulled over, meaning you end up carrying your travel bags like in the good old days around the shoulder…. Not for me. Returned

I ordered the 66cm Level8 Elegance matt olive green case as we travel a great deal and I needed a robust case for short to medium breaks. I chose olive as I wanted something that was easier to spot at baggage claim, and the matt olive drab looks really good - I'm happy I chose this colour over the grey or black design. The case arrived quickly and was well packaged. The case also came with four padded packing cubes which are really well designed to fit perfectly in the case and which also have removable velcro labels to identify the contents of the bag with. The case also came with a handy dust bag. The case itself is a very practical (almost minimalist design) & is tough - it's designed using polycarbonate, so whilst there is some flexibility in the outer shell (it's not a rock-solid hardcase), it is extremely resilient & more than enough to protect the contents (though obviously fragile items would need to be protected like with any case). The simple, rectangular design is also good in that you can maximize the amount of clothes, toiletries, and other items that can fit into the bag. However, the bag isn't expandable - there’s a single, long zipper that goes around three sides of the bag, but I found that I could squeeze in enough clothes etc for a 10-14 day trip. There are dividers inside the case that also help with the packing. On top of the suitcase there’s a TSA approved combination lock, which locks the zipper pull tabs in place. (The case also comes with a helpful guide on how to set the lock combination and it's really easy to set up). There are two carry handles that have a low profile & are less likely to get snagged on something. I'd say they are fairly comfortable to use, although I'm not planning to lug the case about any more than sticking it in the back of a taxi. The 360-degree spinner wheels are great - they have a very low level of friction so it's really easy to push/pull the case around. They're also very quiet - even on concrete, which is great when considering all my previous cases sounded & moved a bit a like a shopping cart with a dodgy wheel. Overall, I think it's a great suitcase - I like the simple, squared-off design aesthetic - it's a well designed, minimalist suitcase that looks high-end without the hefty price tag. I like the polycarbonite shell - it's a lot tougher than the cases I've had in the past, and whilst inevitable, hasn't scuffed yet. So far so good.

Have been using it for a while now, and finally getting back to write a review. It's great. Best piece of luggage I've owned. Lightweight, yet sturdy. Smooth rolling and fun to just spin around. The Packing bags are a great addition and I've used them extensively. Great purchase, can recommend.

I was unsure about this luggage when ordering, but liked the look and overall reviews. I have now taken it on multiple flights, thrown it in multiple Ubers, and rolled it through sidewalks, cobblestone, and gravel, and it still is going well. I like the simple, sleek look of it and the extra travel bags that come with it. I never need all the different bags but I do like the options. Others have mentioned that this luggage scratches easily, and while mine does have a few marks on it, they are not very noticeable. I expect it to get knocked around, and the last of my concerns is if it has a scratch from traveling across the country. The zippers and wheels feel like high quality as well. It's easy enough to slide into an overhead compartment, and if I have to valet check my bag because the plane is too small, it is an easily recognizable bag that I can grab and be on my way after they get them off the plane.
