It's a great product
I use garlic regularly and I put this in all my recipes that call for garlic and it gives my dishes a very good taste . It doesn't taste stale nor is it overwhelming . To be honest I haven't even noticed the smell of garlic which means it doesn't leave you smelling like garlic . It's very easy to use by dipping your spoon into jar and using the amount that you want . The consistency is very smooth and it was sealed very securely and the expiration date was good and it does not expire until 2027. I just love a lengthy expiration date .
