Not useable stick!!!!!

I received a pool stick with no tip on it so I can’t even use it!!! I wish I had just bought one in person in stead, because it would be right!!! I have no idea what happened but it definitely came with no tip!!!! I am extremely disappointed in this whole situation!!!!!
