Like the other reviewer mentioned these sticks are short, 4 and 3/4 inches to be exact. They break easily, so you have to handle with care. They last half as long as normal incense because of the length and the way that they burn. I ordered the vanilla, and the scent is nothing remotely close to vanilla. It has a light smoky smell with a soft cologne kinda undertone. If someone were to walk in the room they would know that you were buring incense, but they wouldn't say wow that smells so nice tell me where you bought that. Don't get me wrong, it doesn't stink, but if you are looking for something with a medium to strong vanilla scent, then DO NOT buy this brand. The sticks have no wooden end so when you burn them you lose even more length of the stick in the holder that they provide. You also need to set it in an ashtray or some kind of dish so that it doesn't burn anyting and to capture the ashes.

I received a box with NO incense in it. I was a box with nothing but the holder and the instructions paper. I am very disappointed and would like a refund or replacement.

This is one of my favorite incense flavors! It's sweet and subtle, not smokey and not over powering. Just lovely.

They are smaller than the usual incenses you get and they have no thin stick @ the end of'em that you can stick them into your incense burner holder. They come with a tiny holder that you can put them into but if you do you cant put it onto a furniture bec it'll burn your furniture or make a permanent mark.

Not only do these incense sticks smell better than any of the others I've bought, but they do so at a phenomenal price. The first thing you'll notice when you open the box is how small they are. They are about 7 times smaller than any of the other incense sticks I've ever bought; HOWEVER, they last just as long. Weird. They also don't smell as "smoky" as the other ones. At ten cents per stick, this is a great bargain.

All of mine were broken

I really like this Japanese style incense, its small and will burn close to 30 min. This is not like Indian, Tibetan, Chinese or American incense all are created different and require different burners. This vanilla scent is sweet but it has a strong sugar scent not the best from this brand, if you want sweet and nice try the amber, if you like fresh try green tea, if you like wood scent the sandalwood is the best.
