If you have a baby or toddler, that soaks through the nighttime diapers, I highly recommend these diaper inserts. I wish I found these sooner. They are super absorbent and not too thick. Perfect for overnights. We don’t have issues with gaps. It fits perfectly into any diaper(make sure you get the right size). No skin irritation whatsoever. Of course, no leaks!

Work great if you have a baby that leaks out of a normal diaper every night. It has saved us from washing sheets every night. LIFE SAVER! it’s a must have in our house now.

I have used Sposie pads with my babies since my first born (now 7) and couldn't recommend them more! They have saved me from so many leaks, and help absorb wetness so my kiddos get better sleep. Easy to use, just place in the diaper and put it on as usual.

These work great for my daughter. We use them inside an overnight diaper and we have had no leaks. They’re not too thick but super absorbent. Size 4-6 fits great in a size 3-4 diaper.

The Sposie Pads are almost perfect! My daughter has ASD, so she is a little older and still potty training. A three-year-old can pee a lot! I tried everything, including not letting her drink anything before bed and even two Huggies Overnights diapers together to keep her from having leakage at night. Nothing worked! Every morning she would be soaked, and her stuffed animals would be as well. So I searched and found these. Because my daughter has extremely delicate and sensitive skin prone to rashes, I bought the non-adhesive Sposie diaper pads. They were easy to use. A little challenging to put diaper rash cream like Desitin on because of the movement and the way the cream sticks to the pad, but it's ok. I use the Sposie non-adhesive with Huggies Overnights, and the first night, there were no leaks! I was shocked. My little girl tosses and turns a lot and sleeps 10 to 12 hours at night. I was very impressed with the leak protection. I had two dislikes: 1- they stick to everything like diaper cream because they are non-adhesive. So I am buying the adhesive type and hoping it is just as gentle as this one and won't create rashes. 2- three nights with leaks, although they were significantly less than without them. I noticed the leaks were usually when my daughter had diaper rash cream on in a significant amount. The cream seemed to soak into the pad and create a barrier or something and make it less effective. However, the adhesive type I am trying next is 20% more absorbent. So we will see. I love THIS product, so if the other does not work out and causes a rash, then I will Subscribe and Save to this product through Amazon. I would HIGHLY recommend this product to not only toddlers, but also to kids with developmental delays or disabilities up to older adults who have some incontinence. Seriously, they will help people of all ages. So try them out for yourself, and you will see why these are a product we will have in our home for a very long time.

When my daughter turned 19 months, she started leaking almost every night. I’m assuming it was from holding it in for a few hours longer than she would of in the day time and letting it all out at once that her diaper was not absorbing fast enough so it would go up her back and out or sometimes through the leg hole if the diaper shifted in her sleep. I tried many different “solutions” I found online..none of them worked. So then I changed diaper brands, that did not work. Then I resorted to towels under her as she slept but that just left her sleeping in wet clothes until I woke up for the nightly leak check and having to clean everything up and change her clothes while we were both half asleep. Exhausted and out of ideas, of course I go running to my mom for help. She found Booster Pads and I had my doubts because I felt like there was no hope at this point and I would have to start buying wee wee pads..but once again, my mom always knows best. My daughter has not had one leak since! These pads absorb everything! Before these, if she even held her pee in all night, she would of definitely leaked that first pee of the morning from being so much and coming out so fast. After you open the package..each pad comes in a “casing” (for lack of a better term) - when it is time for the last diaper change of the night, place the pad seam down in the diaper. Sooooo happy I purchased these! You might want to up a diaper size or up the size of night time diapers because it does make diapers seem like they go down a size when inserted. Did not get anything in return for this review..just wanted to let other parents know about this product because before these, I was not able to sleep through the night having it in the back of my mind I had to wake up soon and a few times to do a check to see if the leak has happened yet. Now I am sleeping through the night worry-free and my daughter is sleeping through the night in a dry bed and dry clothes (from 8 pm to 8 or 9 am)! Do not hesitate to buy these and suffer like we did for two months.

After waking up to a wet 1-yr-old every morning and having to wash his sheets daily, we were desperate. We tried cutting down his water intake before bed, but our kid must be a camel, because his diapers were always full regardless. We tried several brands and sizes of diapers, but anything big enough to hold the outrageous pee volume was waaaay to big to fit securely, and the overnight brands are all crazy expensive and did the same as his regular brand. Honestly, we tried everything we could think of and nothing worked....... until we tried Sposies. On a whim we ordered these diaper booster pads to add to our son's preferred diaper brand and we were shocked in the morning when he was dry! So far, it's been a week of 12-hour sleeps and he's only leaked once (I foolishly gave him a 12oz bottle before an early bedtime thinking we had found an unbeatable pee-sponge... alas, no amount of diaper doubling could have stopped the tsunami that resulted). We have experimented with folding them in the front like other reviewers suggested and have found that because he tends to front-load his diapers, it works best for him to have double coverage in the front (about 1/3 folded over placed directly over his "peen" yielded the fullest pad and lightest diaper yet). UPDATE: in the month that we've been relying on this diaper-miracle, we are 29 for 30 (see above) and LOVING it. I've been on the lookout for any skin irritation since our kiddo has had a number of diaper rashes from various diaper brands (any amount of wetness against his body is bad news bears). While his diapers are heavier than his little head, his hinny has remained rash-free so far! Some reviewers were unhappy with the outer layer being "scratchy" but I don't know what they were talking about because I think these are as soft or softer than the inside of our regular diapers... honest. Some folks also disliked that these don't stick to the diaper, but I appreciate that because the pee can flow through them uninhibited. I suppose our heavy-wetter is only 13 months, so he's not jumping on the bed like his favorite little monkeys (a behavior that might lead to a less-than-ideal Sposie placement, in theory). While I sincerely hope our kiddo outgrows the need for an added pee-sponge, I feel confident that these will keep him dry in the meantime. UPDATE #2: At 18 mo., our boy is still using these, and we couldn't be happier with the results. They make long car rides and all-day shopping trips a breeze. I recommend them to everyone.

Son lo único con lo que logré que mi bebé no amaneciera mojado y reforzara al pañal de noche. Lo malo obviamente es que se contamina más. Intentaré alternativa de pañales de tela en la noche, me han dicho que son los que mejor aguantan.

Una vez probados son efectivos, son muy absorventes.

I tried these for my 2 year old tummy sleeper who was leaking through his overnight diapers nightly. These have completely stopped the leaks! I wish they were a couple inches longer as they give him a bit of a wedgie in order to keep them high enough up front. And they are a bit expensive, but have saved me lots of time in having to do laundry... and worth it for my LO to have a good, dry sleep.
