Review: Tassello salvavita - Mi permetto una serie di considerazioni relative alla versione da 12mm. Il mio caso d’uso era attaccare un mount vesa telescopico, con relativo televisore da 55’, ad una parete in cartongesso doppia lastra. Durante la costruzione della parete avevamo pensato di inserire, nel telaio del cartongesso, una lastra di compensato da 3cm che, adeguatamente appoggiata ai montanti, avrebbe supportato il televisore. Come in ogni cantiere che si rispetti, ci sono poi stati imprevisti e deviazioni dal progetto che mi hanno imposto di avvitare la televisione più in basso e più a sinistra rispetto al compensato. Il risultato è stato che, di 10 viti di montaggio: - due sono finite nel compensato (per queste ho “agevolato” il passaggio nella doppia lastra con il classico tassello cartongesso a spirale, adeguatamente accorciato a 2,4mm) - due in un montante (stesso trucco di sopra) - per le rimanenti 6 ho dovuto escogitare un aggancio diretto alle lastre, e qui viene la scelta di questo prodotto. Perché la versione da 12 invece di quella da 10? Per due ragioni: - ho dietro dei passaggi in corrugato e con una punta legno (in uso alla versione da 10mm) avrei rischiato di perforarli - la versione da 12 mi garantisce la riutilizzabilità del medesimo tassello se un giorno dovessi smontare il vesa ad esempio per tinteggiare Tenuta: ottima, veramente oltre le aspettative Vantaggio ulteriore: la forma a ovetto permette di incunearsi tra tubi di corrugato senza danneggiarli, si sposteranno leggermente perché elastici. Occorrerà solo un po’ di pressione e di “mano buona” durante l’inserimento. Infine: consiglio di serrarli con cacciavite e non con avvitatore per non correre il rischio di “spingere” troppo all’inizio. In pratica: la gran parte dell’attività di avvitatura, almeno nella versione 12mm per vite M6, è di pura rotazione senza sforzo. Solo negli ultimi giri, sentirete che il serraggio sta raggiungendo la massima tensione. È normale così, per come è pensato questo tipo di tassello. Spero di esservi stato utile e buon lavoro a tutti!

Mi permetto una serie di considerazioni relative alla versione da 12mm. Il mio caso d’uso era attaccare un mount vesa telescopico, con relativo televisore da 55’, ad una parete in cartongesso doppia lastra. Durante la costruzione della parete avevamo pensato di inserire, nel telaio del cartongesso, una lastra di compensato da 3cm che, adeguatamente appoggiata ai montanti, avrebbe supportato il televisore.
