Great pan, well made
Very nice pan, well made. Will not warp in oven and easy to clean. Since my boys left now I need to only use a 9x9 pan. Seams funny not to bake with a 9x13. Cutting recipes in half makes me sad because they are out of the house. This 9x9 is so well made and easier to wash. Love this pan, makes life getting out of the kitchen faster

This is well made pan and I am finding it easy to clean.
I love this, and it is very easy to keep clean. It is very sturdy and I like that in my pans, and holds the temperature well.

I love these pans
Cuisinart makes the best baking pans. I have the deep dish pie plate, loaf pan and this square one. Everything cooks well, the pans are easy to clean. Just be aware that they are a little heavier than some other brands, but I think that’s why they work so well. I highly recommend.

Interior Non-Stick Coating Didn't Last, but Otherwise a Quality Pan
Love the heavy weight and seemingly high quality of this pan. The only reason I am giving it only a 4 is because the interior coating did not last and deteriorated quickly. The corners are rusty and I should have probably thrown it away and gotten a new one. I just hated to throw away an otherwise quality product. Therefore, I have been using parchment paper, in the meanwhile. Despite this flaw, when I do replace, this one I will probably try another Cuisinart! Hopefully, the problem I have had with this one was a fluke and the new one will be better and more resilient and longer-lasting.

Sturdy and Hefty Pan
As I stated in a non-stick fry pan review, I don't believe the non-scratch / non-stick adverts on these items. They all eventually fail has been my experience, BUT this pan has held up to non-stick status after several months now. I over-baked a cheese quiche dish, and just needed a rubber spatula to remove it from the sides and bottom...no scrubbing...that is just what I wanted. If I get a year or two out of this I will be very happy. So far it has remained non-stick. Plus it is very hefty and sturdy...weighs more than I expected, but that gives me confidence in its wearability.
