NEALFIT Barbell Pad Squat Pad for Squats—Squat Bar Pad—Great for Weightlifting,Lunges and Hip Thrusts—Foam Sponge Pad—Fit Standard and Olympic Bars Perfectly

My gym doesn’t have a foam neck cushion for their squat bars so I needed one. This is perfect, fits in my gym bag so I can keep it with me, comfortable and stable on the bar. Just the right amount of padding that’s appropriate for the bar. Good value.

This squat bar pad has made such a difference in my workouts! It makes squats and hip thrusts much more comfortable and easier to perform by adding the cushioning and support needed during heavier lifts. I no longer have to fight through discomfort from the bar, which allows me to focus more on my form and getting the most out of each exercise. It’s a simple addition that has made a huge improvement in my strength training routine. Highly recommend for anyone who does squats or hip thrusts!

Love this squat pad. I’ve only had it for a 10 days and I’ve used it maybe 7 times, but it works. So comfortable on my neck/back. The color is perfect too. It’s better than using the pads that the gym offers to everyone. I’m considering buying some for gifts.

Perfect. Stiff enough to still maintain good balance and support, soft enough to ease the weight of the bar on your shoulders. Medium/high density id say, not like a pillow. More like a stiffly cushioned couch. The foam pad seems like its quality material and decent grip. Its versatile as you can use it for benchpress as well, as a precautionary measure in case you drop the bar on your chest or need to rest it on yourself. Without this it can be straight up dangerous without a spotter. The pad has a slot to easily install on the bar and two nice velcro straps with what seem like stainless steel loops for the straps. Matches my green bar too which is kind of cool.

Boy have I been missing out on comfort. Have been using a towel on my hips for hip thrusts and that’s old news now. Comes with Velcro straps to secure it to your bar so it’s easy to slide and turn around to get it to where you need it and easy to transfer from one bar to the next. Thick foam and plenty of length to make sure you have a sturdy base so the bar isn’t flopping all over while you are moving. Also it comes in purple so it’s an automatic 5 star lol

Really good! Makes a difference in my at home workout set up with my huge metal barbell. Now I can hip thrusts and squat more comfortably. Definitely a good deal for the price!

The item came full size and works well for hip thrust with ideal support and cushioning. The straps ensure it stayed in place and did not shift. The overall durability is great as it remained the same cushion without deformation from weight.

fits great, love the color, great padding so I can't feel the bar at all

en relación precio calidad se siente muy bien. se ve de buen material.

Ist ein triviales Produkt. Tut was es soll. Ich nehme an, man könnte es temufieren, indem man zu billiges Schaumstoff mit zu geringer Dichte nimmt, aber das ist hier noch nicht der Fall.

Good quality

El color es menos chillón que el de la imagen pero está súper lindo. Es resistente y de buena calidad, y si vienen las blanditas para que no se abra. Lo recomiendo.

Bought to use on my daughters gymnastics bar to cushion her hips. Works perfectly. Stays on outside in the spring rain and is holding up fine too. Does make a squeaking sound as she spins but at least she's not got bruises hips anymore!
