Got this for a replacement for an older double burner. This was better than the one I had before. It hasn’t buckled in the heat. Cook’s evenly. Nonstick is great, I can go between pancakes and bacon with a quick wipe down. Non-stick and easy to clean.

My old workhorse griddle became too rough on the surface with the nonstick surface deteriorating so found this one at a discounted price. It is wider so went for it. Now that I've lived with it for a while there are pros and cons. I miss my old one which had a thicker surface and did not warp when heated. This one is wider so I can cook more pancakes over 2 burners but on moderate heat it warps which was disappointing. However, it made little difference for pancakes so there is that. It does make a little difference when frying eggs, though, as the white runs toward the low side. The handles are insulated, thank goodness, but still run very warm which my old one did not. I can live with this one.

This comal is not good for making homemade tortillas, its easy to clean, NON STICK yes but as soon as it gets heated on low-medium it warps and all the tortillas come sliding to the middle, it gets so uneven and waddles. Also the heat is uneven, its also too long i have to put it kind of sideways so it can fit and be able to use 2 burners. I need a good comal to make homemade tortillas the old one i had (round) i can't find one like that and its too old, tortillas get stuck so i wanted to give this griddle a chance but didn't work for me so disappointed. I'm returning it.

I was so excited to get this pan. As soon as it came out of the box, I washed it up and put it on my stove. I have a ceramic cooktop which has a dedicated area for a griddle and heats up the entire left side. My only initial complaint was that the handle stuck out so far, it bumped the wall and didn't allow me to get the pan fully centered over the burners. Since it was only about 1/2" off I decided it would be OK. Next I turned on the burners, evenly heating on a low to medium setting before putting the pancake batter on it. I brush it with a little oil, turned around to get my bowl, turned back around only to see that the pan was completely warped! I couldn't believe it! It's not like I left it on there for any amount of time! I immediately removed it from the heat and when it cooled down, it leveled out again. Deciding I must have done something wrong, I decided to try again. This time I warmed the pan with hot water, dried it, put it back on the burners; starting the temp on low. I added the pancake batter and slowly began increasing the heat, one setting at a time making it only to the highest low setting, and warping began again. By the time I reached medium one end was a full 1/2" off the cooktop. If I pushed down on one side so the pancakes on that side could cook, the other end was an inch off the stove top. Here's the pro: it cleans up nice. In fact it will look lovely in its package on the way back to Amazon. I hope they don't resell it.
