**Q: How do you know when it’s done?**
A: When using the PhoneSoap Basic you want to leave your device in for 10 minutes. Once that time is up, you may remove your item from the unit.

**Q: Does this heat the items inside?  Can it affect soft materials?**
A: It has not not affected the soft surfaces of my phone case over the past few years that I've owned it.

**Q: My charging cord has a short. How do I replace it?**
A: Perhaps you can order it thru Amazon. Just the cord. Or from the PhoneSoap folks. You may be able to compare price at both.  Keep in mind.... I have no experience in ordering that cord, and I am just speculating, based on what I would do.

**Q: How do you know it actually works?**
A: he light goes on while the cycle runs
