Just opened the product and filled the tank with water up to maximum level but still not working, showing “EE” message all the time. Please let me know the customer service contact number to fix this.

I bought this humidifier based on the very good reviews here.The humidifier initially won't detect water in the tank and produces error "EE" which according to the instructions, indicates an empty tank, despite water in the tank.The instructions were followed exactly and the water was added as instructed. The error persists and the device will not turn on from standby apart from giving the "EE" error.I contacted the seller who was very responsive and we worked closely together to fix the issue. There was an issue with a component that was knocked out of place during transit. It was a very easy fix.The unit itself holds a large quantity of water and the misting and the dispersion distance is good.I have not tried the aromatherapy oil function yet.

I felt happy when I received this ergo cool mist humidifier as I really need this inside my room. Fast delivery! It's impressive as I can program how many hours I want leave it working without bothering that I have to turn it off especially when I am sleeping. I can just leave it on till the timer stops. 5L tank is fantastic! Room's smell fresher.

I agree with other experience! Brand new but it is not working! Showing EE means no water even the tank is full!

First of all, it is really quiet. You may use it all day and all night without that annoying sound compared to others that I have tried. It has large water capacity and an easy top lid that can easily be remove for refilling. It looks nice and does the job especially that we have a toddler with us.

Started the new product for first time. Followed all instruction but product doesn’t work and displays ‘EE’ message all the time.Is there any customer contact detail for this product as I couldn’t find one.

A great addition to our home appliance. Very easy to clean and I don't need to worry if no more water in the tank as it is automatically shut off. Another good thing about this product is that I can adjust the mist mode depends on the level of humidity I want inside our living space.
