Company | Brilliant Cymbal Polish (P1300)

This is a incredible product!. I have a few Zildjian cymbols I bought on eBay, they were preloved, incredible quality. But they were oxidized. The Zildjian polish is a god send I highly recommend this polish. One bottle cleaned three 20 inch plus cymbals.

The product works really well. I used about half of the bottle to clean (2) 14", (1) 16", (1) 18" and (1) 20" Zildian Custom A cymbals. I taped over the black maufacture lables with blue paint tape. It does state on directions the polish will take the black labeling off the cymbals. It took me about 1 hr to 90 min to do them all. I've attached the after pictures of a couple cymbals. Remember, the cleaner is only for the brilliant cymbals like the Custom A ones. Just a warning, I used the Barkeepers Friend product on a Zildian Planet Z and it took the black label off just by the product dripping across it. It also turned the cymbal finish to a burnt orange blotchy color. I have since corrected the color with brasso which I was told later I shouldn't of used either product on the Planet Z cymbal. The brasso did bring the planet Z cymbal back to normal. I haven't used it yet so i don't know how it impactedthe sound. Anyhow, good luck with the Zildian polish product it work really well for me.

I watched the video first and agree it takes some time, elbow grease (scrubbing and wiping) but does clean and make them shine. Unfortunately, it will wipe off the logos, so I avoided them completely. My Zildjians were 3 weeks old and I wanted to wipe off some stick marks and was surprised how much black came off the cymbal. I find that scrubbing the stick marks off with a clean towel without any cleaning agent of any kind does a good job. I'll use this product for more difficult dulling or marks my towel does not remove.

This stuff works! It’s awesome. Beats all the old brass polishers. I used pads on my drill to apply and buff. Worked great. Ordered the pads off Amazon too! My cymbals look new. They were terrible.

I am guilty of neglecting my cymbals for so long. Years in storage and water damage left really bad marks. Thankfully this polish cleaned them up very well. My 20” ride was the worst and it looks almost new. Easy to apply, just need to be patient and gently work in the polish to let it break away the dirty surface. 100% recommend for any high shine finish cymbals.

This is my go to when cleaning my cymbals! They last a very long time clean and shiny when you take care of them!

Thus should be a 5 star review, but sadly, it's only a 3. I bought a cymbal off of eBay that was a mess. I got it for next to nothing and figured I would clean it up. Cleaner sure worked well and then THANKFULLY I read to not use on the Letters. Holy cow I was this close to cleaning up those areas when thankfully someone called me and I read the entire bottle to the very end. So the finished product is what you see. A far better cleaned up cymbal but still looks like a wreck around the Letters. Oh well. Light years better than the eBay mess I bought. But I sorely wish I could clean around the lettering with no fear of losing the lettering. You would think Zildjian would be able to make a cleaning product that works well around the Letters, no?

I cleaned my set with this products and they look great. I use it on a regular basis
