This really works. Repeat - this really works. I have had rotator cuff pain for over a year. Cortisone shots last only about 60 days, leaving me with months of pain between shots. Thought about surgery, but tried this product as a last-ditch solution. Unlike my experience with DMSO 40 years ago, this produce is very low or no odor. Hours after the application, I sometimes smell a tiny wif of garlic... nothing some lavender oil won't cover up. And honestly that was only after the first use. To avoid a skin rash (which I read about from other reviewers) I blended the DMSO half-half with MCT oil. Any fast-absorbing oil will probably do.Now for the review: Happy to say this relieves my shoulder pain by at least 60% -70% and the affect lasts for hours and hours. I've even used it on my husband's shoulder pain too.On a lark I tried it on a patch of eczema, and it seems to really help (probably because it absorbs so deeply).I have not tried it straight from the bottle - only blended with a lightweight oil.Update three weeks later: I mix this 50% with a lightweight carrier oil and a few drops of fragrance oil. My rotator cuff pain is not 100% gone. I'll probably need surgery. However, the pain is now manageable.

Previously, I had been using another brand of DMSO, in a brown glass bottle, prior to this.It has no dropper, so it was hard to apply and I was always worried about creating contamination in the bottle. That other brand would often sting badly, but I put up with it, because it would help with pain.It also took forever to dry.Alternatively, THIS product comes in a secure, tall glass bottle that uses a glass dropper, and it comes with a cylindrical container to keep it upright and safe from breakage. WHAT a difference an attention to details makes! Further, this DMSO has a much milder sensation after applying it and has very low odor, as it states.Most importantly, it's of very high quality, made in Europe (not China!), dries pretty fast and REALLY works! I've had two muscle strains recently and this has helped me SO much!I highly recommend this product and this company. Be sure to read up on DMSO to make sure you're applying it correctly and safely. I am in love with this stuff. It is the only thing that finally helped my shoulder injury after months of physical therapy, doctor visits, and Cortizone shots. Please read up on how to carefully apply it before you put it on!! And yes, it can cause some skin irritation. I used lotion in the morning and then applied this at night. I also put it in a small roller bottle to help with application.

works for muscle pain or injury . can be mixed in a small cap with any cream or lotion you also use for muscle aches or pain. I mix it with diclofenac lotion in order to act as a delivery system. it is an absorption aid and will help you get your medicated topicals into the skin for effectiveness. people have reported a scent, i do not Find ANY scent even after application and drying. its thin liquid and best to apply it wearing gloves so you don't get too much absorption into the skin on your hands. it is not effective for neuropathy pain but beneficial for a few hours of relief when used for muscle pains and minor injuries. do NOT apply to open skin, it can burn.

This is not magic, but I find it provides reasonable temporary relief for aching joints. First wash your hands and dry them carefully, the active ingredient is a solvent that will carry whatever is on your skin surface into your body. I have arthritis and full knee and hip joint replacements. I have used this on an aching knee and on an aching hand. It rubs in fairly quickly, no need to use a large amount. I find that within a few minutes I get some relief - Not total relief, but it seems to significantly reduce the ache. It seems to last a couple of hours or so in my case. I do not use this continually, just when I have a specific joint ache that's bothering me. I would be reluctant to use it continuously because of a lack of good data on that.I had read that DMSO has a strong garlic or onion-like scent. I can barely smell that in this case. I do not know if the manufacturer found a way to deodorize the DMSO or what. In any case, this does give me some limited relief that is well worth the cost.

I've been using this product on a daily basis for over a year. It works very well on sore joints/muscles. It does not stain clothing following application, has no odor, and comes very well packaged.

I was hesitant to try this since it is a controversial product. I am so glad to have found it on Amazon. I have a bone spur on one of my big toes from years of dancing on point. It started bothering me a few years ago. I had a cortisone shot which really helped and lasted quite a while but I did not want to get another one (I didn't even really want the first one but the pain was keeping me from doing my job which is very active). Anyway I heard that soaking your foot in vinegar would help a bone spur but it was really time-consuming and not good for your skin. After much research I decided to try the DMSO since the pain was getting bad again. I put a little bit of organic vinegar on my bone spur and let it dry. Then I applied a drop or two of the DMSO. It worked a little bit at first but over the course of a month my toe is much less swollen and the pain is almost gone. It worked as well as the cortisone shot! I still have some pain but it is much less and I can function. My only other option was surgery. I will keep doing this procedure as long as it works!

ひまし油と混ぜて目の周りやおへそにぬったり水に1-2滴入れ飲んだり50肩の痛みにCBDクリームに混ぜてぬっていましたが、あまり改善しませんでした。瓶から直接コップへ…注ぎすぎ、勿体無いので飲んでみました。朝、仕事前に飲んだのですが夕方近くまで50肩が痛みません。夜になって痛み出し、また同じような量をコップへ。それを2-3日続けていたら… 治った？治ったかのような感覚に。それ以来続けているので治ったのかDMSOが効いて痛みがなくなっただけなのか定かではありません^^;70%なので、そのままで使えますが、目に使う時は何かで薄めないと痛いですよ〜。
