These are great nut bars! They contain enough protein to satiate, and they aren't overly sweet. They're great for on the go, driving to work or at your desk early in the morning. The ingredients are simple and fairly clean, with no additives or preservatives. I love that there are 3 different types of them as well.

These are worth the extra costs, as they are generally better food than most other ultra-processed bar-shaped foods. They are a good texture and taste. The almonds are just soft enough, not to be a chewing inconvenience. The low sugar and extra nut protein, is a rare snack that taste good and has health benefits. I do feel some guilt for loving almonds. Though they are one of the healthier nuts, their cultivation is an environmental burden, with much pesticide and water use. Since native pollinators are eliminated, industrial scale, non-native bees are trucked in. I hope California almond farmers progress to more sustainable orchard production.

I like these kind bars in terms of quality, taste and protein content. I also like that they are gluten-free since I seem to be sensitive to gluten.
