Lactation Supplement with Fenugreek, Blessed Thistle, Goat’s Rue, Alfalfa, Fennel Seed + Marshmallow Root, Nettle & Anise for Breastfeeding Mothers to Support Breast Milk Production - 300 Tablets

I got these at first not because my milk supply was suffering, but because I was ready to lose my baby weight and I didn't want my supply to suffer. The end result is that my milk supply is totally fine and I am losing weight at the same time. Is it because of these pills? I think so. Because they are expensive, I stopped taking them a few weeks ago and noticed a drop in my supply, so I guess I'm stuck on them until my little guy decides to wean.

Did not work for me at all. Very disappointed with this product, I will be contacting the seller to request a refund. 15 pills a day and saw no difference, my mild supply is much lower than before. I do not recommend this product at all. After reading the reviews I had my hopes up but these pills did not work for me.

I'm writing this review here (where I purchased) bc I wasn't sure how else to review! This product is wonderful. It was even recommend to me by a lactation consultant!!! Unfortunately, the supplements didn't work for me (I DO recommend taking these as they suggest, for as long as they suggest)! And to look and try the advice from the booklet they add along with the bottle! Breastfeeding isn't easy, but it's worth it. And these are worth a try if you're needing to increase your supply!!! ALSO: the customer service is beyond words. The woman who contacted me for my return, Carrie, was absolutely the sweetest and most genuine rep. She truly cares about the women trying Lactiful, the women struggling to produce breastmilk for their babies!!! Blessed by this business' service.

I wish I could say this product worked for me but it did not increase my milk supply. To be fair I was already taking a bunch of the same herbals (Fenugreek, Goats Rue, Alfalfa, Blessed Thistle etc) found in this pill separately. I think I was hoping that the combination found in this pill would somehow do some miracle to increase my supply. Unfortunately it did not and for the price I could not justify continued use - I just went back to what I was doing. What did work for me initially was Fenugreek pills, Mother's Way Special Blend tincture (with goat's rue) and UpSpring Milkflow drink mix. These are cheaper then this product.

I disliked the fact that you have to take 15 pill per day. Sad to say I did not see an increase this was my last resort since I have tried everything out there. I was willing to pay due to all the good reviews. But every body is build different. Ironically I’m myself a Lactation consultant that can’t successfully breastfeed. I loved the booklet that comes with it is very accurate with the method is everything I teach my clients. Although the price is steep is worth every penny if you follow the instructions to the T. Your not only paying for the supplements, but also a booklet with steps by step how to increase supply. Like I tell my clients no matter how many supplements your taking, the most important and vital part to increase supply is complete drainage and frequency.

When my baby was born, I was told I was doing great, I was told I was producing enough milk since she was peeing and pooping. However after I took her home she didn't poop or pee for 2 days, I took her to the doctor and discovered it wasn't producing enough milk. After trying a bunch of different things, and then tried lactiful. I have to admit it is what best worked. After seeing success, I tried something else but my milk production went back down. So here I am again using Lactiful. I'm happy to say my baby is 8 months old and I am still breastfeeding. This is not to say you don't have to put in work as well but it truthfully made a huge difference in both mine and my baby's life. I would highly recommend it.

didn't work at all. Im crazy pumping and stressing about it and ironically defeats the purpose. If I had time to pump every two hours I wouldn't need a supplement but the instructions say to pump every two hours for it to work.

I don't normally write reviews but I am so impressed with this product and the customer service. I nursed my son til 20 months but he never took the bottle, so I had such an oversupply from pumping that he had breastmilk til age 2. My daughter is almost 8 months old now and she is a much better eater, and I really want to exclusively nurse her to 1 year, and Lactiful is helping me so much. The book that comes with the supplements has tons of recipes that are also immensely helpful. Thank you Dawn and Lactiful!
