For their benefit: the shaver only works on very short hair, like 1 or 2 mm. So don't use it first. You should first use the trimmer. When the hair is trimmed, if you need a clean shave, use the shaver. It gives almost a clean shave look.

Yesterday, I received the trimmer, which works with batteries that are not rechargeable. They did not clearly mention this in the title, only in the product description. Typically, products like this are labeled as battery trimmers or rechargeable trimmers, so I didn’t notice. Additionally, they do not provide a returns policy, only replacements. When I tried to call the provided number, it was switched off. Since there is no option for a return, I kept it. When I tried to trim my hair, it did not function well; it only cut some hair but left others. Then I tried to use the second knob, but it worked as a massager and did not remove the hair. I thought this was a very good brand and that they would not disappoint their customers, but I feel like I lost my money.

Trimmer is good.but both the head are useless. Moderate sound and time consuming.shaver head is below average. its quality is not too good also time consuming and not shave properly.quality of trimmer is good and in my opinion its not worth the price .
