KontrolFreek Precision Rings | Aim Assist Motion Control for PlayStation 4 (PS4), Playstation 5 (PS5), Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Switch Pro & Scuf Controller | Mixed Strength

Seem great so far. Used them for playing skate games to control the flicks and makes manuals a breeze as you can move the sticks naturally and don't have to find the sweet spot. If you need to flick then you press a bit harder but it provides so much more control and enjoyment to the game. Only needed to use the soft one as it provides enough resistance on the standard analogue stick heights.

They work great for me but, it’s all down to preference I guess

I trust Kontrol Freeks for Gaming upgrades and even though these are fine and very reasonably priced,they are very rigid on the heftiest ring.I feel you will not need the Medium or Hard,just stick with the Soft addition.(Green)🎮 I'd still purchase,as everyone's play style varies and because they are very good value.🙂

They do what they are supposed to and they take getting used to. Instantly you’ll have to raise your sensitivity. But not suitable for games like Battlefield for vehicles or in other games where you need full lock on the stick.

Ignore the Kontrolfreek, it's an amazing product. I will be focusing on the little rubber thing (black in this image) that you can see under the Kontrolfreek. - Well, there are 3 sizes 2 each. 1. Hard (black) 2. Medium (purple) 3. Soft (green) There is a difference in resistance in each but they feel very similar to each other. - My first issues with these, after long gaming session your fingers might hurt because of that resistance constantly holding you back from you doing you. Which makes you use unnecessary power to move the analog stick. - I wanted to try these because I thought I will like them and that they will allow me to do smaller more precise moves but that's not true in my case. It actually made my smaller moves less stable and I guess wobbly. - I know they are for right stick but on left stick I completely don't recommend them as they slow down your movement. On the right stick they also mess with things you do in game meaning that you have to use once again "unnecessary power" to do an in game action. - I paid £12.99 for them, when I could've topped up my PSN account or bought a very nice kebab and still have money left. - Not even making it up, I feel a bit depressed that I've spent £12.99 on 6 pieces of rubber that are completely useless in my opinion. I will most likely never use them and I guess I'll be a person that spent their money to make sure other don't have to. - Sorry for this negative review, Kontrolfreeks are amazing and kontrolfreek products overall are really solid and useful. But these "precision rings" for me are useless. They shouldn't costs more than £4.99. - Well, I could attempt to sell them but I'll leave them as a trophy that will remind me to think twice before I buy something that seems to be useless. - Some might say that I should've spent more time to get used to them, No. I've realized that you shouldn't get used to them because they are useless and if they break you will have this thing were "you can't play without them" and you will keep paying for them. - Thank you if you got this far in the review; I love Kontrolfreeks but this just isn't for me. I bought some cheap ones before these to see if it was worth buying these thinking they would be better, they arrived tacky and are a lot slimmer than the cheaper ones therefore needing more on the precision stick, there isn’t much different between the strengths of the rings. My partner also ordered a pack and he has said the same much prefers the cheaper ones where you get about 20 rings in a pack for half the price.
