is it easy to trim like to thin the layer?

I’m not sure what you mean. These aren’t thinning shears. But they are hands down the best scissors I’ve ever used. They do make thinning shears and they are equally good.

Are these made in the US?

I'm 99% sure they're not. It doesn't say anywhere on them that they're made in the US. Generally "Made in the USA" is a selling point so I can't imagine that a company would pass up marking them as such if they were.

Is the Blade convex or beveled?

The outside blade is Sword shape,the inner blade is Concave.Japan process,very sharp,open and close scissors smoothly and very low sound.

I need true lefty shears if available

I’m a lefty, but have always cut with right hands shears with my left hand. These are a really decent Pair that I bought to temporarily replace my stupidly expensive professional shears when I misplaced them during quarantine. I have been using them as my regular work shears about 60% of the time, because smaller shears feel tiny now. After 3 months they are not as sharp, but are still as good to me as a $100+ pair of Joewell, Cricket, or comparable mid to low end professional blade from a major beauty supplier. I plan to use them until they die.
