Mixes easily with cool water. Pleasant taste. Effective. I call it Meta-Muscle as it aids my workouts with weights by flushing toxins and wastes from cell metabolism.

Excellent! Always works as long as I use what I require (3 full tablespoons). I need the Real Sugar in order to swallow the orange drink. Fast to dissolve. Easy to use. This was the best price we could find since Costco stopped carrying the product. Might turn out to be okay, as delivery was next day and price is same as our local Costco.

Got me back on track. The fiber seemed to work actually pretty fast, like couple of days. Dissolve easily. Pleasant tasting, like Orange Tang. Good value at around 20 cents a serving.

Great fiber, slightly higher price than in store. But tastes great, if you drink it before it turns to sludge, then texture becomes an issue. It tastes like orange coolaid. It works!
