The quality ingredients in this prenatal vitamin are excellent. I spent so much time trying to find the perfect prenatal vitamin, and as someone who was severely nauseous and experienced vomiting during their pregnancy, I had a difficult time finding a prenatal that my stomach could handle this vitamin not only helped with my nausea, but it also had high-quality ingredients in it. I felt super comfortable taking this my whole pregnancy. The pills were a little large, but they weren’t difficult to swallow and I experienced no aftertaste. Will definitely be using this in any other pregnancy I have.

I picked these because of the ingredients & good reviews I saw. It seems to help a bit with my nausea. I'm not a fan of the taste but it could be because I'm so sensitive to the taste & smell of everything right now.

The pill itself is fairly large, but personally I don’t mind swallowing bigger pills, so that hasn’t been an issue for me. I know that might be something to consider for people who struggle with large tablets, but if that doesn’t bother you, it’s pretty straightforward to take. Another thing I like is that it includes methylfolate instead of standard folic acid, which was something I was specifically looking for in a prenatal vitamin. It feels like a well-thought-out formula and gave me confidence while taking it during pregnancy. The one thing I’ve noticed is that storage really matters with these vitamins. If they’re kept somewhere humid or exposed to direct sunlight, they can become sticky. I had a batch where the pills started sticking together and felt a little mushy, which also made the taste a bit strange. Once I realized that, I made sure to store the bottle in a cooler, dry place and that helped prevent the issue. Overall, I like the simplicity of this prenatal and the one-a-day format makes it very easy to keep up with. As long as you store them properly in a dry place away from heat and humidity, they work well and are a convenient prenatal option.

I've been using New Chapter for over 2 years and I have to say I love this brand. During my first pregnancy I had a hard time with finding a prenatal that wouldn't cause me to throw up because of the smell or taste and this brand overall was the best. I've been taking vitamins from this brand during my 2 pregnancies and postpartum and definitely love them.

These vitamins seem to work pretty good. The taste isn’t that great but it doesn’t bother me that much.

With all my research I’ve done these seem to work the best. Gentle on stomach and provide all the necessary nutrients you would need. I am not pregnant but I still take these for the added benefit of choline and folate.

At first I thought it wasn’t for me, but after about two weeks of not taking it, I noticed a difference. I’m not a doctor, but as a 30-year-old mostly plant-based female, I feel it supports overall balance and hormone function. I appreciate the care and intention behind the ingredients and will be purchasing again.

These vitamins have been great throughout pregnancy. They’re easy to swallow with water, which is nice. I feel like they helped my skin and hair to the point I’d like to continue them post partum too. The absorption is good for those that struggle to absorb vitamins.
