Melem Skin and Lip Balm with Lanolin, Moisturizes Dry, Flaky and Cracked Skin, in Single Large Tin (1.2 oz.)

This is my favorite lip balm.

Seems to be real Croatian quality. My partner brought me a tin from his hometown a couple of years ago and I recently finished it so I wanted a replacement as its leagues better than any lip balm/dry skin salve I've ever had. Was worried about quality as U.S. beauty products aren't held to the same safety standards as Europe and I have crazy sensitive skin, but it is the same ingredient list and even listed as manufactured in Croatia. Pleased for the price point and will keep this in the favorites. If you struggle with skin/lip picking this is a holy grail.

I bought this for my lips after surgery for lip cancer because it has lanolin and beeswax in it, but the strong baby powder scent is terrible! And it tastes is like soap if you happen to lick it by accident. It moisturizes my lips, but I cringe every time I get a whiff of the over the top perfumed smell and wouldn’t buy it again.

Always buy this in bulk when I go to Croatia but I ran out this time. This is great as a lip balm as well as an alternative to Vaseline elsewhere on the skin.
