When I put the dip belt on with the chain it was to uncomfortable for me when I loaded it up with weight. The chain would dig into my inner thighs and the belt never felt comfortable. I bought the Spud belt and it was much more comfortable because it doesn’t have chains. The belt is very thick and durable and feels like you can tow a truck with it where the dip belt didn’t feel as durable over a heavy load and it had a lot of swing to it as well.
